sorry for the extremely late reply! i've been super busy lately and i wanted to read both of the fics you recommended before replying back. anywayy i finally found some time to read both of them!

the ocean births the bright moon was so cool! idk how much of it was set-in-stone lore in genshin and which was made up by the writer (i haven't read the whole of her character profile yet :')) but i liked the idea of yae and kokomi communicating thru lil notes via book deliveries. and, in general actually, the "plot points" they came up with 🧠 i wouldn't have thought to include the small details they put either.

i loved beware the fury of a patient man. the writing is chef's kiss !! and the cleverly embedded water motifs? mwah gorgeous. it was such an... easy read? idk if that makes much sense but i basically couldn't stop reading. not completely sure how to word it but it definitely boils down to their beautiful way of writing. morally fucked up kokomi was 100% served 🍽🍽

I understand if you want to break up because of that and-” A gentle kiss effectively stops her rambling as you confess against her lips, “We are in this together, love. I knew what I was getting into the moment I said yes to a date and I embraced it wholeheartedly because I love you.” A tear slips down Eula’s cheek as she presses another chaste kiss to your lips before you continue. “Plus, if you hate your last name that much, you could always take mine.”
