My boys continue to upstage me, both Olly and Theo caught multiple fish. I caught one, so I guess I'm not cut out for this pastime!

My boys, I couldn't be more proud of these little men!

After our little fishing day, I had an appointment with the dentist that couldn't wait any longer, the dreaded root canal!

And to top it off, I gave myself an injury while exercising! Old age is not fun at all guys! Your heart and mind think you're still a strapping young buck, but your body tells you otherwise!

I've made a few more bottles of wine, excellent wine in fact, for us to drink after we retire. Enjoy the fruits of my labour if you will! I love making wine, it's so satisfying stomping away!

Olly still struggles with speech, however writing and homework are coming along slowly but nicely. He repeats everything you say to him and enunciates every syllable, he's learning bless him!

THEO: I hate homework! It sucks!

Although it can be a problem sometimes!

I just want him to be happy, I don't care how long it takes for him to learn things, I love him and he deserves the world!

So Theo just out of the blue started to malfunction like a robot while swimming, then he made like Jesus and walked on the water to his dental appointment!

Theo's tooth is loose and he's super excited about it. I told him to let nature do its work but he won't stop fiddling with it, I predict it will be out by the end of the day!

Yeah he can't stop, it's like an obsession! You've got a little somethin' on your chin there buddy, little drool! Ugh!

Olly is excited about becoming a big boy like his brother, I'm devastated! The last of our babies growing up, whyyyyy!!!

Here he is, our little child of the ocean! Despite his global delay he managed to earn the top notch infant trait, so pretty good goin' there little man!

Our little far sighted child of the ocean has opted for contacts rather than glasses, he's not at all squeamish so doesn't mind putting them in every morning and taking them out every night! Go Olly!

So today my worst nightmare actually happened!

My baby girl...became a woman! I think!

Yeah I wanna die!

HEIDI: *humming happily* Good morning family!

Yeah it's still the afternoon, it only lasted a few minutes, what planet is she on? Planet lurve no doubt! What am I gonna do???

At least she's thinking about her future, all is not completely lost! Or at least I'm hoping! I don't want her to throw all that away just to marry a rich douchebag and have multiple babies, being a little housewife hidden away in his mansion! Too soon to panic? Story time is a favourite with the boys, Kacey can't half tell a mean tale!

KACEY: I'm going to drive to Mars, and you can't stop me said the little alien to his mummy.

THEO: And where is the alien from mum?

KACEY: Saturn!

OLLY: How drive? Unpossible!

KACEY: Spaceships can do anything Olly, driving to aliens is flying to us!

OLLY: Ahhh, fwew! Ya gudd!

Theo completes his aspiration after story time, he's now mentally gifted! Little genius that he is!

Unfortunately Olly is not having much luck with his potty training, we had a little accident and he's very sad about it. These things happen, it's all good little man!

Apparently today is the day that my teenage daughter goes on birth control. I don't know how I feel about that, on the one hand I am proud of her for being responsible but on the other...my baby girl having sex? Nu-uh!!!

I guess this is the life of being a parent to a teenage girl who is at that stage in life where she's feeling all kinds of stuff and wants to explore those feelings. Me and Kace were late bloomers so we can't really relate much, although I was a master at...self love if ya know what I mean, I had needs!

At least Claire doesn't give me sleepless nights...yet! I've probably got all that to look forward to with her, oh great!

OLLY: Seep, Car seep nows!

CLAIRE: Yeah yeah stinky I hear you!

I must say her bedtime routine with Olly needs a little work though!

I'm thinking of retiring, I'm too old for this shit!

In fact everything around me makes me feel old! I'm the typical grumpy old git here! When did this happen?

Kace and I are both feeling it, she's developed migraines but we're stocked up on ibuprofen so it's all good! I think!

Olly is once again about to have a birthday, where does the time go? Was it not just five minutes ago he was becoming a toddler? Please I beg you, whoever you are, STOP!

Claire still loves a good selfie, although nowadays they're much less goofy and more "look at me".

She loves to take photos with her siblings too! Heidi is also going through the supermodel pouty photo phase, which is great!

She's very popular too, which gives me slight hope that she'll be far too popular to date Carmelo fucking Landgraab! A dad can dream!

Snuggles has some sort of illness, it doesn't look very good!

So Claire is calling the vets and booking an appointment asap!

Before she can head off, Olly informs her that both cats are under the weather!

The girls take the kitties off to the vets and they're easily cured! Thank the watcher, Olly loves them so it would be devastating for him if anything happened right now, but they live to see another day!

A little update on the extended family front, Donovan got married to Caleb and Wesley's daughter Cassidy Vatore-Vo! They now have twin girls Tianna and Roxanna Goth.

Cassidy didn't want kids so Donny is doing all the work. She looks so happy doesn't she?

And Liberty also got married, she and Raul Lopez hit it off when she was visiting Serenity and the boys. Now she's expecting a baby too!

Raul isn't a nice guy though, they fight constantly, but all Libby wants is to be loved. I hope she finds what she's looking for in her baby and finds the courage to see her true worth. I'll always be there for her and she knows that.

For a moment I thought that maybe Heidi had seen the light and dumped Carmelo Landgraab's ass, but alas it was a young adult greeting her outside! Not a new boyfriend at all!

Olly is doing really well in his toddler stage, he's quite crafty. He also talks a lot more than Claire did at that age albeit semi-coherent ramblings!

One last night together before we become elders, although I'm hoping that this doesn't stop just because we're old and grey! I am still in awe of how beautiful Kacey is, and that won't change either! I'm such a lucky man!

I've already blown out my candles and I'm looking a bit greyer than before, well a lot! Now it's my beloved Kacey's turn!

We're growing old together, it's yet to be determined whether we do it gracefully or not, the main thing is we've got each other!

That spark we've had since day one has never gone out! I love her even more today than I did when we first properly talked right here on this deck! She's my soulmate, my ride or die, my everything!

KACEY: What do you want to do now?

ZAC: You know! *wink*

KACEY: We're not as young as we once were, and your hypertension hasn't gotten any better with age!

ZAC: Well if it kills us then at least we'll go together! That's all I want!

As if having one child age up wasn't bad enough, the universe sees fit to hit me with another and this time it's my special little Olly!

He's a cutie! He's always smiling! Bless his little heart, he most certainly is a charmer indeed!

And another! Heidi is a fully blown teenager now! What am I gonna do? She's still dating Carmelo Landgraab and that does not sit well with me at all! When is she gonna get over that? On a lighter note, how beautiful is my girl though?

I see the mood swings haven't quit yet though, joy of joys!

Claire has followed in dad's footsteps and likes fitness. I would have suggested starting out with a light jog or on the treadmill but she never does anything by halves this one!

And we're having one last family photo before the two major birthdays coming up! Retirement for me and Kacey beckons and I can't wait!

It didn't take long for Theo to get over his recent trauma and I'm so relieved. We've discussed going fishing again...

It's amazing what a little love and patience can do! Olly has learned to sit up like a big boy and he's so happy!

We can only take it one day at a time, but I can hope for the best. No matter what the future holds for Olly, he will always be loved by his parents and siblings. He will not want for affection! I just love this little guy so much!

I love his mother too which led our oldest son to walk in on something he can't ever unsee! I mean I walked in on Dawson and Tati doing the nasty and that was bad enough, I can't imagine what it's like when it's your parents! Theo I am so, so sorry kid!

ZAC: I'm sorry you had to see that biggest boy, but when a mummy and a daddy...

THEO: Dad?

ZAC: Yes Theo?

I'm thinking maybe I spoke too soon about Heidi's mean streak. When Olly achieves something we tend to go overboard with the praise, his global delay prevents him from learning as quickly as his older siblings and you'd think that Heidi would understand that...apparently not! Maybe it's her hormones? I really don't know anymore!

Claire and Theo are very alike in looks, which means that so far only Heidi looks like me. That's fine, my red hair dominated our line so it's only fair that some of Kacey's genes get a look in!

Olly inherited Kacey's light brown hair, finally! It was fate that our last child would have her hair colour. Things are progressing slowly but we expected that...

...we have to be patient and caring with Olly! His little mind works slower but his willingness to do the things he wants to do makes him frustrated. Who knows if he'll onvercome these obstacles like his sister, we can only hope that whatever happens, he'll be happy!
