Anyone with POTS have dizziness as a symptom? I feel like my body is a rattle and my brain is bouncing all over my skull.

I thought it would go away in a few days but it hasn't. Any advice on what this is or how I can get rid of it?

Update: So it turns out, this is what happens to me when I get dehydrated. Trying every type of herbal anything, relentless googling, and 4 doctor appointments later and finally I figured it out when I drank water nonstop all day.
