So, I’m really in love with this earl. I’ve been obsessed and infatuated by him for a year and months. Possibly almost 2 years, idk but it’s just me. im glad you came to me for help. well, anon, im not an expert but there is something i do that helps me. usually, i just do it as if my f/o is a real person. also, i think being chill or relaxed about it can help. writing your own fanfiction or reading others' fanfictions might help too~ making art of you and your f/o could also help a lot. dont hesitate to do what you love with your f/o...
