It had been… ages really since anyone else had come here, it wasn’t a bad thing though - not really as far as she was concerned. Not having anyone else here meant it was safe and that - well that was okay, even something good really. Although things like food weren’t as easily found, she and Brother had done a lot of exploring around the rather large labs - and even worked out how a few things worked - things that they were not supposed to touch. 

There would be trouble if they were caught, and… if Lillian was to find out… that would NOT be a good thing. So as curious as Five was, she always made sure things were back the way they were supposed to be… just in case…

Unknown to the curious children however - while Lillian hadn’t found out - their little.. activities in the lab had caught the attention of someone. Which had brought people that they didn’t know to the doors.

While Four was more curious about the people and had taken to watching them, Five..she was less curious and more cautious. Resulting in her attempting to hide instead. While Brother was a person that could be trusted, she didn’t know these ones. So when the door to the storage cupboard she had decided to hide in opened, she looked up with wide eyes and did her best to move backwards, bumping into a few forgotten buckets and cleaning objects.

She watched him closely, his question being one she honestly had no idea how to answer - down where? Here? This cupboard? A small frown formed on her face, her brown crinkling slightly as she shook her head, her mind locked onto how he introduced himself “You’re… S-Super..?” the words formed as she continued to stare at him, she had heard the word Super many times before - rarely in a good way.

Everything about this mission gave him weird vibes. Not exactly danger vibes - not yet, anyway - something else. He thought it might be CADMUS - he’s never been, not that he remembers anyway, but it is connected to him, his family. Another despicable thing members of his family have done. But it didn’t feel like that. It felt familiar. There was something about this girl that he already knew.

Speaking of, what the hell did they do to her? Has she been down here this whole time? Since CADMUS shut down, or, god forbid, longer? It was downright horrifying to think about. 

 “Yes. Like..Superman, and Supergirl,” Conner spoke confidently as he nodded his head. “I’m a hero.” He declared as he walked further inside the storage room that was collecting dust like seemingly everything else. “Can you tell me your name?” Baby steps. Get the girl to trust him. Then figure out what this situation..even was.
