I HATE when Ignorant suburban people romanticize the hood. Shit is real out here. Where I’m from, it wasn’t safe to sit or lay comfortably in the living room or on the second floor of a two story home especially on new year’s and blackouts cause people would shoot through people’s homes. I’ll never forget when I had to crawl and lay on the ground for hours and hours crying and wondering if it was safe to go to bed.
