Character Sheet: Jamie

This is the third main character from my upcoming (and first) comic, Pinewood. Behind his jokes and happy demeanor is a kid who is going through a lot at home. He is embarrased to ask for help from even his closest friend, Sam. He doesn't want to burden anyone else with his problems but is the first one to step up when someone he loves needs help. Jamie's a good guy and deserves better as you will eventually see in the comic.

Character Sheet: Robyn

Robyn is one of the main characters in my upcoming comic book. She is the new girl in town and while she may seem very outgoing and cheerful, a past relationship with a friend of hers makes it complicated for her to make new friends. Her relationship with her mother is strained due to her parent's recent divorce and her mother's reluctance to accept her daughter as she is.

Character Sheet: Samantha (aka Sam)

Sam is one of the main characters in my upcoming comic book. She is a tough kid who doesn't like taking crap from anyone but she is not without some insecurities. It's incredibly hard for her to open up to new people due to her past relationships with family members and classmates. Because of this she doesn't feel comfortable around anyone other than her best friend Jamie and her brother, Matthew. In the story though, she will come to learn that opening up to new people can be a good thing.

Making of Pinewood

This comic is a mystery/thriller about a small, fictional town called, you guessed it, Pinewood. The story centers around the three main characters shown on this cover I made (from left to right: Robyn, Sam, and Jamie). When a girl from their high school goes missing, everyone just assumes she ran away but the three main characters eventually discover there is something much more nefarious going on in the town. I don't want to spoil too much so I'll share more as I continue working on the comic. For now, thank you to anyone who reads this, ya'll are great!
