911 TV Show Polls: Buck's Diva Round 2
Round one of 'Chose Buck's Diva' went very well. Carly Rae Jepsen won, followed by Britney Spears and Taylor Swift
Background for those who missed the first poll: We are assuming many of you have seen the Oliver Stark interview with Gay Times that came out earlier today (or earlier int eh day this poll was originally posted). If so, you know one of the questions the interviewer asked was 'Who is Buck's Diva?', as in his musical diva of choice. Like the many iconic divas often loved by the LGBTQ+ community ex. Madonna, Cher, Dolly Parton, Barbra Streisand, and the list goes on.
However, there were several suggestions of artists that were missed from the first poll. Thus we begin round 2.
We will then pit the top vote getters from each of the first 2 polls in a final third poll to decide the ultimate Diva!

I want trapped Dads but I would also die if they were separated by a barrier but could still hear each other. Lying about how hurt they are. Not being able to physically see and touch each other. Buck telling Eddie he’s going to get them out of there not knowing Eddie is pinned down unable to move. The team reaches Buck first and Eddie promptly goes unconscious because Buck is safe so Christopher will be taken care of.
anon would YOU like it if i came to YOUR house and took a hammer directly to the center of your chest

I finally watched The Old Guard and tumblr did not adequately prepare me for how funny the van kiss scene actually is. Like I've seen whole gif sets of Joe's impromptu love poem but that's not the half of it.
Dude are you sure you want to be making a homophobic jab at these people specifically
Joe: "Yeah he is and what about it, bitch boy" <- said with far more grace and eloquence
Nicky: "<3"
(This is where we give kudos to the actors for not smashing each other's teeth in when LAUNCHING at each other. Couldn't have been me)
Everyone is so taken aback they fully just watch for a whole second in, presumably, homophobic horror before all simultaneously deciding This Cannot Stand
you INTERRUPT joe and nicky? you interrupt their kiss like the football game? oh! oh! death for homophobes! death for homophobes for One Thousand Years!!!!
This isn't really part of the scene but "There's a TV, Joe!" is close enough that I'm going to add it. As an epilogue.

Was this your first nosebleed? Have your gums been bleeding? Do you have a rash anywhere I can't see? What are you doing? Are you diagnosing me?

m'kay, so your obsessive posting of RWRB is the reason I got Amazon Prime for a month so I could watch RWRB.
And now you're obsessing about 911 and I have to see endlessly reblogged gifsets and meta about 911. My DVD of season 1 arrived today and I watched 3 episodes. I'm going to sign up for Hulu this weekend so I can watch the other seasons.
AND I'M HOLDING YOU RESPONSIBLE! If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't need anything but Netflix. (also, i love your taste in shows)
Oh I am so excited for you!!!
Please send me all your random thoughts about 911 as you watch it!
I am just getting Mr. Lyric to watch. We made it to episode 4 of season 1 tonight. And now he wants a break (episode 4 is a sad one).
So obviously I need someone else to talk to 😊.
If you end up not like my it, I will take your criticism as well. I’m tough like that. 💪

I must not respond to the bad take. Responding to the bad take is the mind-killer. Responding to the bad take is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face the bad take. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the bad take has gone there will be nothing. Only I (and my good takes) will remain.
