Bedtime Routine for a Little

1) make sure your room is all picked up! This is important so you have a nice clean room in the morning!

2) have a snack or some tea if that will help you get to bed! Sleepytime, Chamomile, or Lavender teas are good for bed! Also jam and toast help your brain get sleepy!

3) brush your teeth! I know you might not wanna, but it’ll make you feel a lot better!

4) grab your favorite stuffie (or all of them, if you can’t resist) and your favorite binkie!

5) get tucked in or tuck yourself in! Sometimes we have to be big to help us be small!

6) if you have a bedtime playlist or movies you watch while falling asleep, turn it on now!

7) let yourself rest, relax, and then drift off to sleep, little one.
