What I Think the Haunted Mansion Characters Would Order at Starbucks

*Based on my very credible ✨four weeks✨ of experience as a barista, which includes both making drinks and getting yelled at by a myriad of different types of customers.*

The Ghost Host: Venti Americano (3 shots of espresso) with just... as many extra shots as possible. Price is nothing to him, he’s just in desperate need of caffeine in order to put up with the other happy haunts. He’d probably chug the whole thing immediately after getting it and just.. leave in silence.

Dorian Gracey: Pumpkin Spice Latte. He’s a basic bitch, but we love him anyways. Would probably try and justify it by claiming that it’s an appropriate drink for the fall season, and would definitely be made fun of for it. Gets sad when the pumpkin flavoring is discontinued in the spring.

Constance Hatchaway: Iced Caramel Macchiato. I’ve only ever seen two types of people who order this- those who apologize for how long it takes to make and are genuinely sweet about it, and absolute bitches. It fits her color palette, is actually really tasty, and still has the caffeine she needs to kill a man and look good doing it.

Sally Slater: Pink Drink. It’s light and summery, and PINK, of course! Not super caffeinated, but she doesn’t need it anyways. I feel like she would also get a pup cup for the alligator... I would love to see how that would go down. Honestly, he would still be more well-behaved than the dog who tried to jump through the drive through window yesterday.

The Organist: I feel like he would enter in an anguished manner, lamenting to the barista how the afterlife has stripped away his ability to properly play the organ and asking if there was any mortal object that could fill the void in his harrowed soul, to which the barista would respond with something like “So just an iced coffee then?” Followed by a “Yeah.” From him.

The Hatbox Ghost: Irish Cream Cold Brew. I have NO idea why, that’s just the vibe that I get from him. Is he even Irish? Does he like Irish Cream? Who knows. Oh- and he would definitely laugh at Constance’s drink choice, I can just feel it.

The Attic Bride: Kid’s Hot Chocolate. I feel like she would have tried coffee and absolutely hated it, but didn’t like how sweet the cold bar drinks (like refreshers, etc.) were.

The Hitchhiking Ghosts: They don’t even have a regular order, it’s absolute chaos. They would choose something that starts out as a simple drink, then add as many NONSENSE modifications as possible. Baristas everywhere fear them, and no one has their orders memorized because no one has any clue what the hell they’re going to do this time around.

This is all I have for right now, I think, so if y’all have any character/drink suggestions or contrary opinions, I wanna hear them!!

I mean, I originally imagined that Wolfgang just got sick in his old age and passed away, but... this is way more dramatic and he wouldn't outright dismiss it if someone wanted to believe a rumor like that. 

But he'd definitely be ticked for those two knuckleheads to laugh at him for it (even if I can't stop laughing at the thought of those two going on like that).

How do you feel about yourself?

"About... myself? Why, I suppose I like to think that I am at least a decent composer. I've been able to play whatever was put in front of me, for nearly as long as I can remember and have always had new tunes flowing through my mind. I'd jot them down as soon as I had pen and paper in my hand. 

"I like to think of myself as well dressed, as much as I was ever able to be, with what I had. First impressions are important, aren't they? Especially when my reputation and income depended on it so much in life. 

"I also see myself as something of an introvert. There may be a crowd behind me while I play waltz after waltz for a ball, but my attention is solely on my music. Well, that and my precious, little banshees that flow out of the pipes. As far as I can tell, they were once children, drawn to the music. They enjoy it, so how can I deny them such joy? It's both flattering and good to know that they have somewhere safe to be after heaven-knows-what they went through in life.

It’s been quite a long while since I’ve drawn any of the mansion guests. Really like how @ghost-host-with-a-noose depicted The Organist with short hair, so I tried my best to doodle his hair short
