Heres some quick doodles of Hawkeye, Bj, and Winchester's designs, just wanted to get them down color wise.
Also the blurb I wrote over on my ig talking about roles and stuff:
Hawk runs a local pub and distillery and sells moonshine with Trapper, a fur trapper, who helps advertise their moonshine across the states while he's out hunting. It never does very well, but they're both still trying to get it to take off. Klinger works at the pub as a saloon girl for extra cash, but during the day he's a tailor. Dresses, suits, frocks, you name it he can fix it. Sometimes Mulcahy stops in too, though he's a humble preacher he's also well versed in piano and plays ragtime for the bar. Bj has a little farm with Peg and Erin where they grow fresh crops, and sell cows as well as their milk. Charles is a big time doctor in one of the cities who has a private practice with his family, but due to being the eldest he was given the responsibility of becoming a traveling physician to attract more clients, much to his dismay. After the town's previous doctor, Tuttle, dies, Charles is stationed over there. Sheriff Potter keeps a watchful eye over the town with his deputies Houlihan and Burns, who are always out pinning up new bounties. The two are determined to find out who's selling bootleg hooch, but can never really figure out who ;~] (it doesn't bother Potter, he knows where it's coming from and has actually bought some from Hawk and Trap, he just thinks it's funny when his deputies scramble over something so dumb) Radar is a paperboy, somehow always bringing in the news 3 days early, nobody knows how he does it, and Henry is a fisherman who comes into town to sell his catches. Radar has a lot of free time so he often goes with him to the creek or market when he isn't hanging out with Hawk, Trap, and Beej.

father mulcahy has gotta be one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. just imagine. you're a priest in the middle of a war. you're surrounded by doctors and nurses working day and night to patch up hordes of wounded soldiers. everyone knows how futile it is - at the end of the day, these soldiers, these children, are just being fixed up so they can be sent right back into combat again. and what is your place in all this? you were sent here to heal the soul rather than the body, but few people in camp attend your sunday services, and confessions are sparse. the doctors have a nice clear number to tell them how good they're doing - 97.8%, the highest survival rate of any army hospital in the country. but there's no such way to measure spiritual healing, and so your invisible work weighs on you. you question whether you're even helping at all. and you become so lost in your feelings of inadequacy that you can't see the good you're doing. you can't see how much everyone depends on you. you can't see that in the middle of this violent, nonsensical theatre, your soft words, open ear, and quiet optimism are what gives everyone the strength to make it through each day. your mere presence has shaped this mess of a camp into a brilliant parish, and you're too humble to ever realize it.
