Dream Valley Eternal Vow Freyja Mantis full set, also in stock at DDE. I have Rita. I don't need two mantitaurs. I just want two.

Dream Valley Abyss Mermaid full set, in stock at DDE. Yes, I have one already. I want two, dammit.

Dream Valley (noticing a theme yet?) Belinda Elf full set, in stock at DDE. I already have Cecilia, which is what is stopping me. But I waaaants her.

Angel of Dream Zimei, ACBJD. I'd have to pre-order her, but AoD pre-orders are generally filled in a month or less, which is practically instant gratification in this hobby. I think she's going to be my next purchase. I've been eyeing her for a solid year.

Fairyland Nuia Elf Designer complete (full set), in stock at DDE. Two things make me balk: 1) the body. I have one. I am not a fan. 2) the price. Fairyland is expensive AF.

I stare at them longingly, and then I reluctantly close the browser. Not today. Maybe later.

Utena and Anthy are done!!! Honestly took longer then I was expecting, but they turned out better then I expected. I was trying to paint their faces to look like how they are in the show instead of my own style. I think these dolls took the most time, are the most detailed and the most complicated dolls I've made so far!

The fireplace and bunkbed paint isn't even visible. I didn't paint the outside at all...

I had to force myself to let it be crappy. My hands can't do the details anymore.

If I let myself be really picky I'd have disassembled everything, primed it all, and started from nothing and used brush-on paint instead of paint pens.

The surprise pet was a hamster.

Ah, I grabbed this doll. She's so lovely.

This outfit started with the tights, which I'd originally made for the Francie outfit, but they weren't quite right for it. The fabric is very stretchy, so I decided to try them on a DCSHG body--with its relatively large feet and really long legs--and the fit was really good. So! Made the dress to go with the tights. The lace and trim all came from my scrap bag.

I FOUND THE EAR!

I SWEAR to you, I looked in the couch at least 3 times. I ran magnet on a stick around and under the couch cushions.

Today, couch took pity on me and gave the ear back.

Along with a restringing tool, a pair of feet, an s-hook...

*long, heavy sigh* Anyone want to tag along?

That Supiadoll human ear? The one that went flinging off into the sunset in my living room? I have torn the entire living room apart. I have searched through every box (it's much cleaner in there now). I have run the magnet-on-stick under the couch and between the cushions. I STILL can't find the damn thing.

I know that as soon as I order another set, it will turn up. But I am a doll parts completionist. It is driving me batty that I have only one ear.

So. The ears are like $10, and shipping is $30. Anyone else want something small from Supiadoll and want to tag along? If I'm going to spend $30 on shipping, I want my order to be at least $30, too.

Update: I told this company that Shuga Fairy is a recaster/thief, and that I was reporting them to DOA. Shuga Fairy is no longer on the website.

ACBJD didn't see Shuga Fairy, so they declined to contact their companies.

Looking at the website now, it looks more like a tech bro decided to do Taobao reselling/BJD Bhiner in better-translated English, and that's fine. They seem open to feedback, at least.

But this is a drop-shipper, not a dealer. Buyer beware. If there is any problem with your order, I'm pretty confident they don't have any relationship with the companies listed on their site.

A person is posting as "Bjd Doll" on Facebook. They've changed their website url from mydollection dot shop to umdoll dot com. And apparently, they sell Shuga Fairy recasts:

Oh, and while I'm thinking about it - contact YouTube customer service. They sell ad dollars to Surfshark. If they KNOW they are selling ad dollars to scammers, they will pull those dollars lickety-split. Cuz they also risk regulator wrath (see all agencies above) and liability.

The magic word is "facilitation." They cannot facilitate scams.

I just wanted to make this post to warn yall about it, I am not a tech genius but I wanted to get a vpn and surfshark was one I knew about so i subscribed to them because it seemed ok, that was where I fucked up.

fast forward a year and now I am trying to cancel my yearly auto-renewing subscription which costs 70 fuckin bucks, didnt find much use in surfshark as it was too laggy when using its vpn services so i go to billing and try to cancel.

there was no cancel button so that was odd, and you cant turn off auto-renew so i figure ill just get rid of my card info so it cant charge me.

i cant or at least i cant figure out how.

I go to help and find the cancellation area after scrolling past why you should keep the subscription and it tells me to contact their live support to cancel, It requires my name and gmail, I know for a fact my gmail is correct but it says its wrong and that my name is wrong no matter how many ways I enter it and I cant find a possible username anywhere on the site i could use. Its for all practical reasons impossible for me to cancel, not just the fact I cant even talk to customer support, but the people on reddit that do, talk to a bot and then the agents take months to actually turn off the subscription so it charges again and there is no refunds.

Contact your state Attorney General. They love prosecuting stuff like this.

Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Ditto.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission. Ditto ditto.

Your tax dollars funds these agencies, and shutting scams like this down is what they live for. So PLEASE - let them do what they do best.
