MANIFESTING IN HARD CIRCUMSTANCES ♡ HOW IT’S POSSIBLE
(TW: SLIGHT MENTION OF ABUSIVE HOUSEHOLDS)
this is such an important topic that we need to talk about and i want to address it and face it head on, ik a lot of people are currently in devastatingly hard circumstances such as in an abusive household or abusive relationships or probably dealing with some hardships within themselves like depression and anxiety.
a reminder….
you can manifest anything you want, you are not limited to what you can and what you cant manifest, you may not see it yet but eventually you will. you’re so strong, you’re so uniquely beautiful and creative and you can do anything you set your mind to i strongly believe that!
yes you might be struggling thru some dark times and you might feel that you’ve finally been beaten and you can’t do anything to change that but you CAN. you can change your life completely at ANY TIME! trust me you have all the time in the world. if i have done it, so can you.
so..how? how do i manifest getting out of this circumstance?
1. ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR POWER AND STRENGTH.
i say it all the time and im gonna say it again, you are AMAZING. please praise yourself on how even in the toughest of circumstances you haven’t given up. you never have, even after tons of obstacles, tons of harsh words thrown at you you’re still here, you have such power within you and i cant wait for u to use your power.
2. SELF CONCEPT: TRANSFORM YOURSELF
if you know me, you know how much i pound on you guys to focus on self concept, do it! now i get it, you probably find it difficult to do self concept. and you’re like “i dont see results” after doing a sc challenge, STOP DOING THIS! self concept is about the mind how you view yourself and the outside world. you should be questioning if you WITHIN has changed and not the 3D. once you changed within, you can change the external world.
now i always wanna address different self concept affirmations- you probably see affirmations where its like “i am the master of my reality” or something like that idk. now you might be feeling the complete opposite. and thats not how your mind works. start off with neutral affirmations! i did this and i started getting better and better everyday till eventually upgrading my self concept affs.
neutral affirmations:
“I can do this.”
“everyday, I am making progress and getting better and better”
“I am okay today”
“I am proud of myself for trying my hardest today”
“From now I on, I will better myself, create new habits and take care of myself”
“I haven’t figured it all out yet, but one day I will”
“My current reality is not the end of it all, i can change anything within a second”
3. DO NOT EVER BLAME YOURSELF
i cant stress this ENOUGH. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF, especially if you’re in a toxic household where they call you stupid 24/7, you’re not stupid, your family is. they hate their lives so bad that they have to destroy your day and once you’ve had enough of it and you finally break down they pull this whole narrative on you as if you’re the villain this is a trick they do to make you feel bad about yourselves and feel guilty.
trust me, you’re ten times better and you dont deserve the shit that they gave you, and take it from ME who has been in that same position you can manifest getting tf out that house.
4. “IGNORING THE 3D” UM..NO!
sorry, i disagree with ignoring the 3D! now you might think ignoring the 3D is crucial but i believe its not necessary and it can cause more harm than good. lets say you’re manifesting getting out of a household that does not benefit you at all, but at the same time you’re getting called ugly, stupid and fat..how are you meant to ignore that exactly? right..you cant. so heres what i do; I JUST KNOW that what the 3D is showing me isn’t the end of it all. ik this situation im in rn is gonna change and ik that what I WANT IS ATTAINABLE AND WILL HAPPEN, why? because I SAID SO.
5. YOUR FEELINGS DO NOT MATTER.
just because you cried, just because you lashed out and “gave in” has no control on your manifestation. do not control and hold in how you feel for a sake of a manifestation, that will do you no good, as well as manifesting for a better life you can do things to make you feel good! like appreciating yourself, but dont EVER beat yourself up for feeling how you feel.

i agree with you so much about the idea that we have to ignore the 3D. Like, good on people who are able to do that but not everybody is that lucky and forcing yourself to do that will only burn you out in the long run. Acknowledging that the 3D will change is enough.
YES!!! you’re so right, forcing yourself to ignore the 3D will just cause u more trouble and struggle for yourself when its not necessary at all.

I beg you, please P L E A S E prioritize your own well-being above everything else. Remember that manifesting is something you naturally do 24/7 and sometimes you just need a break from methods or consuming information. I made this mistake myself because at one point I literally spent 8+ hours on this damn website (don't do the same it doesn't feel good 💀). I just wanted to say that when you're manifesting for a desired item, sp, etc don't let that stop you from living your life just because you feel like you're "not doing enough". You're literally GOD and this 3D came from your imagination. You're manifesting this mf planet right now without even TRYING!!! All you need to do is to take care of yourself and let your imagination take care of the rest.

sorry if this has been asked, but can i just assume that i'll wake up in my DR after a good night's sleep? i feel lazy about doing a method like listening to a guided meditation, getting into starfish position while counting backwards from 1,000, visualizing and using my senses, etc.. LOL
Of course!!! That's basically what I do - intention is powerful. You literally never have to do any of that shit if you don't want to. Remember that the method isn't what shifts you! You do!! Don't force yourself to do any of that if you don't feel like it.

no because the rice experiment legitimately proves the power of self concept. if you don’t know what it is, basically the rice experiment was an experiment conducted by dr. emoto. It showed how positivity can affect anything- even non living objects! He conducted this on rice 🍚 i suggest looking into it because i’m too lazy to explain but the gist of the experiment was he put rice in beakers and spoke positively to one rice “i love you” “you’re amazing” “you can do this” and negatively to the other “i hate you” “you don’t do anything right” “you’re a failure” and after one month the rice he spoke positively to was white and fresh while the rice he spoke negatively to was completely rotted.
it came to mind because i was remembering how a friend of mine actually did this experiment a few months ago but with apples because she had no rice and she showed me the results. it’s crazy, the apple she spoke positively towards was literally fresh and the rice she spoke with hate towards was completely rotted. if things like that can be effected by our words, imagine the power of our words towards ourselves — again self concept is so important!

WHEN YOU HAVE A GOOD SELF CONCEPT —
• you no longer check the 3D for validation
• you no longer react to the 3D
• you’re patient / you don’t worry about time
• you don’t worry about the how / when
• you’re confident in your manifestation abilities
• you don’t doubt yourself
• you’re optimistic / assume good things only
• etc . . .

the easiest way to deal with intrusive thoughts is 'observe their nature & redirect or reject them'
what turns true in your reality depends on your acceptance of it - in the form of assumptions, affirmations or circumstances, what you accept is what you get more of. just like accepting thoughts/assumptions, you have the literal power to reject thoughts that don't align with your desire as well. you're a god and whatever you say goes. whatever you decide and persist in , with conviction, WORKS. observe your thoughts, if they're not in line with your desire, simply redirect them to your desired outcome or reject them. so yeah, don't think you've messed up your manifestation by thinking something negative once, you can simply affirm and assume - "none of my negative thoughts manifest" or "only the thoughts that align with my desire manifest". you can alternatively also affirm - "no that thought isn't true, what the truth is, is this - (state your desire). a lot of people suffer with mental health issues and i think this is the perfect way to deal with manifesting anything in that case - affirm that nothing ever negatively affects your manifestation - none of your moods, actions, thoughts, nothing. only thoughts in favor of your desire manifest, everything is always going in your favor. even if you're not sure what you're doing, always assume it is working. never doubt your own power. happy manifesting <3

whatever you constantly affirm eventually turns into a belief as long as you keep affirming and persisting.
whatever you believe will come into fruition into your physical reality.

I have a question, when you truly get to believe the law ( I tested it and it worked ) , I want to work on my sc and I like to have it only by knowing, doing meditation and affirming sometimes, but it honestly felt a bit fake? Like a voice in my head said lol no who said that you have a perfect sc? Does repeating and persisting on the idea of having perfect sc and that I'm God take away all of these doubts and intrusive thoughts? Or I have to do sth else? I don't want these thoughts and useless underlying assumptions. How should I remove them completely?

Your intention shouldn’t be to remove them. It should be to make them powerless. Let them come and go, and soon, they will not matter- they only have meaning if you attach it.

There was a time where I kept affirming and scripting that I’m free from hallucinations because I suffered from auditory hallucinations. I can’t remember how long it took though, but it worked LOL.  It wasn’t overnight or instant though, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t working. I think that’s probably the most illogical success story I have because why would my hallucinations just go away like that? I even got medications that didn’t even help with the hallucinations, LOL. PERSIST MY BITCHES!!!!
