a huge ice latte with caramel that I forgot about, but it turned out to be a lot of calories = 270
smoothie "to go" = 58
lunch: 160

egg noodles = 342
snack: 606

sweet cheese I don't know how to explain it (photo in comets) = 536
TOTAL: 1436/1200 kcal

today I walked more than 12 km and I am very tired, bye

day 1
I decided to lose 14 kg and wonder how many days I will do it
What I will do to lose weight:
consume up to 1200 kcal
follow the training plan of Chloe Ting
walk every day for at least 30 minutes
i have some ed problem and i want to recovery and also i want to lose weight *safe* but fast at the same time, lol
my weight now is 72.2 kg (159 lbs)
I weigh myself once a week on Sunday
🐷 what I eat on a day:
breakfast (12): 168
Baked Chicken = 151
tomato = 16 :)))
lunch (17): 442
protein bar = 192
cheese in chocolate glaze = 130
ice late = 120
dinner (21): 307
Stewed beans = 177
again chicken = 130
snack: 88
banana and strawberry smoothie = 88
TOTAL: 1005 kcal
I don't have a diet plan, I just eat what I want :)
