Thoughts: Whether it is boasting or worrying, God calls us to the present to live our lives in him. God is with us here and now, and there can be no dreaming or worrying about tomorrow. There is accountability for today's actions tomorrow. But this can be done without worrying, which betrays a lack of trust in God to do good, or boasting, which shows a lack of belief that God has his own plan.

Prayer: Dear Lord, You know that we live in a crazy and chaotic world. You also know my struggles in my daily life. When life gets to be too much, please help me come to you. Calm my thoughts and emotions and open my heart to your peace, comfort, and wisdom. Help me not to live in fear. Please reduce the feelings of fear and anxiety that plague me. Help me rest in You and trust You as I navigate through this broken world.

Thoughts: Adam and Eve chose to sin, they denied God’s position as their Father and got a Death sentence in return. But God out of his immense Love gave His only Son to die in our place so that we might be adopted His children with eternal life and be co-heirs with Christ!

Prayer: Heavenly Father, how I praise and thank You that by faith, I have become Your child. Thank You, that You are not only the God Who created me, but my Heavenly Father, Who has promised to be with me and to walk with me, and Who desires to fellowship with me. Thank You for sending Jesus to be my Saviour, and that in Him I have been made a new creation. Help me to live a life that is holy and acceptable to You.
