Not me looking at the +900 dwarf names in the dwarrow scholar to see how this would work...

We have plenty of uses of "Fro" and "Do" in names. It would be a strange combination but I don't see why it can't be done. The dwarrow scholar mostly redirected me to research dwarves in Norse mythology (since Tolkien used it as a base for khuzdul). So that way we get only one example for the use of "Fro" in "Frosti", which pretty much means cold/frosty (very straightforward lmao). For "Do" we can analize "Dolgr"(Warrior), "Dori"(The Fortifying) and "Dólgþrasir"(Persisting warrior).

Following those vague translations, we'd get cold/frost + warrior/fighter. I don't know about you, but Frodo sounds like a pretty badass dwarven name!
