Foam Studios is Austin Flaugher and Matthew O'Bryan.
This is a class project where we had to create an accurate curb ball game for all to enjoy. We were competing with 3 other larger teams to develop a game based on the childhood game of Curb Ball. This game had to be completed in 12 weeks.
Austin was the lead developer and director with a lot of focus on programming.
Matthew was in charge of the creative direction, production, and music.
The game is fairly simple as it is right now. I see it as good start to a fun game. Future iterations would have improved gameplay, different music based on the neighborhood, and more detailed levels.
Overall it was a fun project and I look forward to working on more interactive projects.
This was a group project. We split the topic and facts into sections. Each person did a section or two. My sections are in the middle of the video. My other contributions are; combining everyone’s section into a cohesive video project, voice over, and end credits.
This was a school project for an interactive media in education course. This fun project was a group effort; Johnathan Bracey and I created the assets, William Mitchell did the majority of the coding,
My major focus on the project was music, sound design, and branding. The title screen and end credits were sections are a couple things that I am really proud of.
A collection of product photography for a printing company that specializes in packaging. The goal was to get a collection of images to that could easily show the printer’s ability and quality. These images were intended to be used on the printing company’s website.
I had a lot of fun setting up a studio in the prepress department. Even with improper lighting, they turned out pretty good.
All the products pictured are real products that can be found in stores and online.
A commissioned piece for a realtor. It is essentially a brief break down of the home buying process. The client presented me concept that they liked. I was able to improve on the concept and made it fit within their branding. It was a fun project.
For this assignment I chose to recreate a title sequence for the film Drive (2011). The film is about a stunt driver who moonlights as a getaway driver. The sequence shows several night cityscapes along with driving and car imagery. This was a really fun project.

Promotional video for Haunted Marion Tour. This is for the 2019 October season. I also produce other media for Haunted Marion Tour’s social media. Filmed with an iPhone 6s+ and edited in After Effects.
A birthday card for a child who loves dinosaurs. Poem is not my own. The background is inspired by some prehistoric art renderings. I thought that showing the point of view through the mouth of a dinosaur is pretty cool.
In my personal circles I have become known to make birthday invitations and greeting cards. This was based on a request from someone who’s child obviously enjoys Sesame Street.
I created this for a friend who really enjoys Lego and Batman. The bat logo in the middle was part of a personal project from many years ago. I wanted it look like hundreds of bats converging for a moment to reveal a Batman symbol.
This is a part of a large project that I worked on at a POS (Point of Sale) printing company. The client wanted over 60 variations of die cut circles that would display different products with sizes and prices. These circles had to be created from existing elements like bottles, ice, and logos. The files for this project had to be set up in a way so they could be completely editable so changes and updates can be made. These circles are still being updated with new logos, bottles, and pricing every year.
One of the biggest challenges with this project was that the client had a special request. They wanted to speak with me on the phone while sharing my screen with them from another part of the country. They wanted me to design “Live” so they could make changes on the fly. This gave new meaning to have some look over your shoulder while you work. The experience was not that bad. I was able to answer all of the client’s questions and satisfy their POS needs.
While I personally don’t find these incredibly creative, the project exceed the client's expectations. The client expressed that they were impressed by my patience, efficiency, and creativity during this project.
A friend of a friend makes incredible sweet potato pies. They were so good that a restaurant wanted to add the pie to their menu. Sweet Potato Pie Michelle needed a logo to be used as part of the packaging.
