Just realised why Percy met the plumber right before entering his appartement. The whole 'there is nothing wrong with the plumbing here" spiel aka screaming match the plumber has with Gabe right before leaving...

It implies that subconciously Percy has been manipulating the water in the pipes. I like to imagine that it is very Gabe-specific though. Just that Gabe NEVER can get warm water out of any faucet. Or that his showers always stop after 30 seconds. So he keeps calling the poor plumber for plumbing which isn't actually broken. Also, Sally must know 100% what's up in that case.

Maybe I'm slow on the uptake but I like this little detail.
