90 days discipline challange
The rules :
study daily 4 hrs on work days and 8 - 10 hrs on off day
fixed sleep schedule from 11 pm - 7 am ( 8 full hours in bed )
healthy nourishing diet ( sugar/ dairy/coffee/white stuff free )
fixed skin care and hair care daily / twice weekley masks and intense care
pray 5 times
very limited social media time and stopping all forms of reels and short media content + deactivating my IG
the goals :
passing my upcoming exam which is exactly 90 days from now
improving my physical and mental health that I been ignoring for a long time
balancing my hormones and checking them on lab at the end of this challange
improve skin tone and prepare it for microneedling session in the winter
combating my hormonal hair loss

100 days study challenge
what is this challenge ?
a challenge I took to study each day for a total of 10 hours or more ( too ambitious I know ) it started on 1.7.2020 with the beginning of my finals and lasted till 7.10.2020 which meant less than 100 days in a day or two .
Did I study for 100 days each day straight without rest days ?
NO , I ended up having rest days about 20 days in total so I only studied 80 days throughout the challenge ( am quiet pleased that I made 80 days studying while quarantine ) this is why I don't consider them as failed days .
Did you reach target hours each day you studied ?
also NO , I reached 10 hours or more only for 31 days but most other days I still mostly studied not less than 6-8 hours .
How many hours I studied ?
640 hours
Why I did this challenge ?
it was my final exams in med school for my last year that took place during quarantine so you can guess I was dispirit for something to make me feel challenged and get me some excitement about studying endless lectures at home without any medical training in hospitals due to Covid 19 .
Did this work ? Did I perform well on my online exams ?
YES if I didn't aim higher and try to force myself to achieve at least a small bit of my goal I really think I may not studied as much without the challenge and the good thing I didn't get pissed at myself for not making things how I planed them but instead I kept trying and it led me somewhere I graduated with MBChB and proudly as one of the top 10 % on my class thanks to GOD .
I really hope that this blog was helpful to you , I would love to read from you what is your recommendations for me since am no longer student but I still need to be productive and do some readings so do you want any other challenges in the future ? shall I keep this place as study motivation place and post here when ever I do study (studyblr , medblr) ? I really need to know from you because there is a possibility of me deleting the blog if I didn't believe it doing others good and motivating them .

please stop living for the weekend!! doing things that make you happy everyday will make your life so so much better! visit your grandma on a thursday evening, drink your favorite tea while you study, go on a date with your s/o after work, watch that comedy show after school, wear your best parfum everyday!! it’s ok to have boundaries but please don’t get stuck in boring daily routines
