sorry! meant to answer this last week but life got a little hectic

we're going home (if we make it or we don't, we won't be alone) is a hunger games fic wherein the district two tributes from the first book, cato and clove, decide to nope the fuck out when they're chosen to be the volunteers for the 74th games because they've been something-more-than-friends-yet-still-undefined for a while now and neither is willing to kill the other. he goes as far as to say he'll off himself if it's between the two of them in the end. so they decide to run away instead, and the story is basically them hiking across the country to district 13 and the shenanigans they get into

except most of what's written takes place right after they've already arrived in d13 or during the third book. and that's why i doubt this thing will ever be finished
