system-of-a-feather:

Seriously, sleep is not for the weak though. Sleep is very important and it should be a priority if possible. Naps are good and important. Sleep, when you have mental health issues, is often a difficult thing, but don’t fear sleep. Sleep doesn’t make you weak, it helps your brain be strong and it helps you regulate your emotions and process the events around you better.

Best of luck sleeping to anyone reading this! I hope you sleep well tonight! May good dreams come your way!

N. K. Jemisin makes her comic book debut with FAR SECTOR :

Summary:

Newly chosen Green Lantern Sojourner “Jo” Mullein has been protecting the City Enduring, a massive metropolis of 20 billion people, for the past six months. The City has maintained peace for over 500 years by stripping its citizens of their ability to feel. As a result, violent crime is virtually unheard of, and murder is nonexistent.

But that’s all about to change.

This new series introduces a dizzying game of politics and philosophies as Jo discovers a brewing revolution in the City, aided and abetted by some of its most powerful citizens.

Hey people,

Did you know that if you stop doing yoga for a couple weeks, then start back up again, your ENTIRE BODY feels like a stick of peanut brittle that’s been pee’d on by a diabetic sloth.

They won’t have the segment online for a bit, but a CNN interview by John Berman with Trump Adviser Peter Navarro was pitch perfect journalism.  They talked about the differentiation between medical expertise and statistical analysis with potential drug treatments, and it was quite revealing about the internal processing of information within these government response groups.

The whole interview is about 10 minutes but worth the cringe.
