I doubled the amount of leg presses AND I shortened my mile bike by 1 minute and 20 seconds!!

I got a gym membership! I went at night so no one would be there and I could try out all of the machines without looking stupid 😂

Workout day 1!
June 7, 2021
I’m starting completely over! I’m determined to become healthy! After my gallbladder surgery I gained back most of the weight I had lost. Not anymore!! We are back on track!!
1 mile walk/run
10 squats
10 jumping jacks
10 lunges per leg
30 small arm circle forward
30 small arm rolls backwards
10 elevated push-ups
1 minute wall squat

Hey it’s me again! I’ve been really struggling with my diet and health plan the past few month but I’m back! I had started again a couple months ago after maintaining my weight from November-March. But after 3 weeks of being strict on plan I didn’t see and results and got disappointed. I let my emotions control my stomach and ate for comfort and gained quite a few pounds in a short period.
HOWEVER, I’m back in plan and ready to kick my unhealthy eating habits in the ass!

I’ve already drank 90oz of water (and it’s only 3pm) and I’ve stayed on plan.
I am determined to finish what I started and become the healthiest me!

The average pumpkin weighs 10lbs
So far I’ve lost 5 pumpkins!! I’m 1/3 of the way to my goal!!
My mental health is currently in the toilet 🚽 and my weight loss has stalled 🛑 but you know what? I’m not giving up because 2021 Nola will be proud of me for not giving up and she deserves the best because she has worked her 🍑 off to graduate from college, work part time, and lose weight

It’s been hard staying on plan recently, Lots of birthdays and celebrations.
I planned to spend October 21 drinking the day away and eating all of my feelings because it marks 1 year since my best friend in the whole world passed away, my nana. But I realized one of my biggest motivations for losing weight was to make my nana proud. So instead of mourning I’m going to continue to work towards my goals. I want to be good for her.
I’ve lost 47lbs so far, I’ve slowed down this past month. I hope to hit 70lbs by the time I go to Disney at the end of the December.

I decided today was a mental health day! Last night I shaved, sugar scrubbed, and relax to a candle lit shower. Today I actually got up and got dressed for the day. I put on a little makeup and some jewelry. I treated myself to a full set of acrylics and I went to goodwill.

Remember that time I was in a pageant? Well I have a secret 😬 the dress I wore was actually TWO sizes too SMALL. 😳I was shopping for bridesmaids dresses when I saw this dress and fell in love! It was on sale and I kept going back to it. So I decided if I could squeeze into then I was going to get it. Well squeeze I did.
Today I decided to put the dress back on and WOW 🤩 it fits soooo much better! You see those little cut outs on the side? Yeah you couldn’t see them before because I couldn’t pull the dress down over my stomach without suffocating.

1:30 apple cinnamon oatmeal
4:15 chocolate chip cookie
6:30 chicken breast and broccoli
8:30 chocolate chip cookie
10:30 mango pineapple smoothie
I also had 1.5 cups of skinny pop popcorn as a snack and 7 almonds
96 oz of water!!
Today I did very good and stayed on plan! I did have to rush my last couple of fuelings because I was going to bed early. My mental health is okay today, i listened to Jesus music, and I got a lot of homework done!

My mental health has been absolute shit and I’ve been off plan, I’ve been in a rough spot. Last night my boyfriend held me and helped me work through multiple panic attacks and he said he’s going to help me be more accountable with my mental, physical, and spiritual health so obviously I cried because that’s the sweetest thing ever.
Here’s a picture of one of my new cats because I don’t want to post my face right now. Today I’m starting back on plan and tmmorrow I will be strict. I’ll make sure to drink all my water and only eat my fuelings and my lean and green meal.
This is only a minor set back and I refuse to let it ruin the progress I’ve already made.

I'm sorry but there's no way you eat 2600 calories a day and have a body like you do. If you did eat that much you'd be fat. Stop encouraging people to binge eat and get obese like wtf? Why are you lying about how much you eat? We all know you starve.

calories are not the enemy. food is fuel! the average person needs 2000+ calories a day. throw in weight lifting & exercise and that number goes up. factor in age, and that number changes. building muscle adds to your lean body mass and therefor increases your total daily energy expenditure. your body will adapt to your food intake, so if you slowly eat more calories your basal metabolic rate will increase over time. i went from starving myself on >1000 cals so that i would gain weight on a measly 1200 (which is crazy). now i lose weight on anything less than 2400! i did that and so can you! people (especially teens and young adults) tend to underestimate the amount of calories they need. dieting can screw up your metabolism, cause a host of health issues, and stunt your growth.
food is fuel. food is good. food is strength, energy, and life. i hope you can heal too.
next time you wanna send an ignorant message, come off anon sweetie.

Today I was pretty strict on plan!! I did have some turkey pepperoni to snack on, it is on plan but I had already had my protein for the day
I went to my favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch! I got my entree with no rice and while I did eat the salsa I didn’t eat any chips! I just used the chips as a spoon 😂
My period finally ended so hopefully I’ll be back on my weight loss. With this program your menstrual cycle throws a wrench in your weight loss
