It’s officially September

I know no one cares but I’ve been really depressed recently

My sheets have been covered in bl**d from self harm and I haven’t showered in like 2 weeks or brushed my teeth in days

Today I did the dishes, washed my sheets, took the old food out of my room, brushed my teeth, and took a shower

I’m so so proud of myself I can’t stop crying and I have no one to tell so here I am
