Error 800 LOTS disappearing with GREEN AND ORANGE EXCLAMATIONS!

Ever since i got For Rent.... my save file especially the lots on Willow Creek got corrupted... 4 lots are disappearing and has this green and orange exclamation marks on them :( all my mods are updated.. I noticed it started when i used the rental cap cheats and build a rental houses in Oakenstead lot in Willow Creek and after that its startss affecting 3 lots. :(

am i the only one having this issue? please help :(
