This is a special gift for my precious sister-friend and wonderful lady @redrobelover . This belongs to a modern times AU we’re both working on little by little since long time ago. If you remember the piece Chained to You that I posted time ago, both ot them are about the same story.

Also, as a curious note, I must say that it was Chained to You what made me develop the concepts of Incubus Inuyasha and Succubus Kagome for Eroween.

They’ve already said their goodbyes; Kagome’s smile is bright as her legs swing over the lip of the well. He knows how the story will end, has seen it with his own eyes. And yet, as he takes in the sight of her leaning into the abyss of her future and his past, silhouetted by the blue light of a magic that is calling her to a time and place he cannot reach, Sesshomaru is overwhelmed with a deep sense of longing and desperation. He hears her gasp in surprise at the sudden fierce hold of his arms encircling her from behind, restraint long forgotten as he buries his nose into the nape of her neck and cascading hair. He hungrily takes in her scent to keep into his memory for the rest of his long, immortal existence. “Sesshomaru?” She whispers in confusion. This is the first time he has ever really touched her and it fills him with lifelong regrets. He knows how the story will end, and he is already 500 years too late. Fate has been cruel to him, so he does not feel any guilt in this last, futile attempt to defy it. “Don’t go,” he pleads; he has never begged before in his life, but his pride is long forgotten. “I love you. Don’t go.” — An Angsty Inuyasha Canon idea I had for a looong time. In which Sesshomaru unintentionally meets and reluctantly befriends Kagome post having the well sealed and inadvertantly falls in love with her; knowing that she will inevitably return to the Feudal Era to be with Inuyasha, and finally realizing what her strange persistent attempts at friendship with his younger self really meant. I told you that making InuKag canon only FUELS MY SESSKAG SHIPPING FLAMES AHHHH I confess, I’ve been waiting for A REALLY LONG TIME for someone to write a fic like this but I’ve yet to find one (hint hint). If I weren’t already saddled with Raindrops and a woeful will to complete fanfics I’d write it myself. Fuck. Maybe someday I’ll just do it anyway. *haha who am i kidding* In the meantime have some angsty SessKag sketches. Kagome is wearing the same outfit that she returns to the Feudal Era in manga/anime canon. *cough* you know if someone wants to write this fic I’m not saying I’d love you forever, but I’d totally love you forever. You can even give them a happy ending cuz man this is sad.
