does anyone have any tips on eating while on adhd medication?

it’s not that i forget to eat, it’s that i literally have no appetite, and the thought of food makes me feel ill. i am so grateful to be able to take this medication and it helps me so much, but i have lost so much weight and i feel so weak. it’s also just not helping my confidence at all - i’ve always been skinnier, but this is ridiculous and i feel disgusting :(
this is not intentionally avoiding food, i literally just do not get hungry, or if i am hungry, smelling, seeing, or even thinking of food makes me physically ill and i just need advice pls

If you guys have ADD/ADHD, autism, OCD, or something else that affects your ability to concentrate, I highly recommend the chrome extension Mercury Reader. You just open whatever link you're using, then click on the MR icon (it should look like a rocket) and it'll simplify the page so that it's in a focus-friendly layout. Instead of having random pictures and word boxes all over the screen, it'll be in a vertical format with nothing to distract you so you can focus on what's important. You can also adjust the text size (small, medium, large), font (serif, sans), and theme (light, dark). And the best part is, it's completely free! It's honestly one of the best things I've ever downloaded.

Unless you live with them 24 / 7 / 365 and see them in every single situation and mental / physical state, you don’t see anything more than what they share online.
Shut up and let them live their life.
Accusing people of faking because they don’t “perform” their disability to your narrow “standards” hurts ALL disabled people.

Healing for Others

Sometimes, those you care about are having a rough time. And you want to help! It’s natural to want to use what you know to help others. Here’s a spell I use to do just that.
What You Need:
turquoise
amethyst
lavender
rose petals
red candle
Now, set it all up. Candle in the middle, I sprinkled the lavender and rose petals around said candle. The lavender is to help soothe my particular person’s deep sadness, while the rose petals symbolize my love for them. 
I held the amethyst in one hand, for protection and clearing mind clutter, allowing for clarity and healing. Turquoise for another type of protection, more physical. Both to help clear the person’s mind and aid them.
Then, I focused. Focused on how much I cared for the person, how much they meant to me, times we’d had in the past that meant so much to me. I thought of how my strength was given to them and how I wanted them to be better and safer and feel loved. 
After a little while of this, I bottle the exact lavender and rose petals I used to give to the person at a later date!

How To Tell If You’ve Been Cursed
The Egg Test
Simply take an egg (obviously from your own chickens is best but uh, Im going to assume most of you dont have one so store is fine), and carefully pass the egg through the flame of a white or black candle to “draw out the bad” and set intent. Then crack into a white bowl.
If you find blood: You’re cursed! Blood is never ever a good thing to find in your eggs, but especially during The Egg Test.
If you find big white clots: The bigger the clot the bigger the problem. It usually means some kind of blockage or obstruction in your life. Sometimes from some form of bad energy. Note: white clots in eggs is very very normal. Only take notice if they are unusually large
If you find egg shell: (Now if you’re really bad at cracking eggs maybe ignore this one) but this is a sign of your generic brand Bad Luck.
If you find a broken yolk: Take notice of your internal and subconcious self. The root of your problems comes from a disturbance within.
If you find something unusual: Listed above or otherwise, cleansing methods (such as a salt bath) will usually clean up most problems. Do your own research for cleansing methods of choice. I would advise not to eat the egg, but rather to pass the egg one final time (in the bowl) over the white flame before disposing off it outside. If you do cook it (because hey, I get it) use protective herbs like basil or rosemary and don’t forget to salt!
If you find nothing unusual: chop onions, mushrooms, and spinach up while heating an oiled pan on medium low. Add the egg to the pan, when a yellow film forms around the side and the egg can be separated easily, fill the center with toppings and flip half over to form an omelet. Cook through, flipping as needed. Season with salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and tomato (salsa if you’re frisky). That’s my favorite way to cook an egg!

Eat mustard seed to ensure fertility.
Place Lilacs around your house to rid yourself of unwanted spirits.

tips abt growing up bc some of us don’t have anyone to ask
1. change your pad/tampon every time you use the bathroom, or at least every 2-3 hours if your flow is heavy. 
2. your boobs are gonna hurt when they’re growing, & they may be sore on your period. do not panic, this is normal. if it starts to become constant, or you find bumps on your breasts, talk to your doctor just to be safe. (though, bumps when you are growing are usually normal.)
3. exercising is wonderful, even just getting out the house and going on a short walk everyday. getting fresh air and your blood flowing is great. exercise also helps period cramps, surprisingly! 
4. some days it is hard to even get out of bed. it’s ok to have off days. during these days, try to eat at least two meals if you can, and drink lots and lots of water. if your body is tired, it needs rest. if your body is hungry, it needs food. remember to take care of yourself. 
5. if you ever have urges to hurt yourself, instead, take a hot shower, exercise and push yourself, or apply lotion to the skin. when these thoughts come, try to reward the body, take care of yourself, and if you need to “punish” the body, exercising can help with those thoughts. 
6. dress the way you want, listen to the music you want, BE you in all the ways you can! 
7. sexuality can be confusing. you do not need to rush to find a label you are comfortable with. take your time! it’s normal to not know exactly how you feel right away. 
8. gender is another confusing thing for some of us. don’t feel pressured to put a label on who you are, everything takes time. experiment with different pronouns, etc. 
9.  sleep is important! when you’re growing, you should be getting 10-12 hours of sleep every night! i know this is difficult for some of us, at least try to get more than 5 hours. napping is ok too! just make sure it is not for too long, as it can mess up your sleep schedule. 
10. you. need. food. if you are struggling with a relationship with food, please please speak up and tell someone you trust. recovery is not linear, but it is possible. the first step of recovery is to reach out for help. 
11. hygiene is SUPER important. i know some days are difficult to even get up, trust me, i get it. if you’re stuck in a depressive episode, at least try to brush your hair out, (braiding it can help it not get tangled), try to brush your teeth if you can, and use deodorant if you are not able to shower. I personally find it easier to take baths when I am feeling depressed. 
12. take care of your skin!! drink lots and lots of water and at least wipe it down with a wet washcloth if you can. 
13. period tracking apps are super super useful! 
14. grades are important in high school if you want to go to college. try to stay caught up. if you are struggling, please please reach out for help. you could possibly drop classes to help the load. pace yourself and try to keep a schedule that works well for you. 
I know these things are easier said than done, especially if you are mentally ill/struggling. please just know that the little things are accomplishments, like brushing your teeth, getting out of bed, etc. you’re one step closer to recovery every single day. you are loved and you are precious.

so i have tics
my tics usually are triggered by boredom, anxiety, the mentioning of tics, etc. but usually it just happens. its not constant, but sometimes i tic so much, my body hurts. 
mine are not nearly as bad as other peoples, and they are mostly physical, so it is easier to conceal, however i still feel sick, gross, and anxious when i go out in public, and school is an entirely different story (though thankfully we are online bc of covid). 
anyways, does anyone have any tips on how to calm down the tics, or at least, help the soreness that they cause? my neck, wrists, and arms are usually what tics the most, and i have begun to develop ones where i hit my shoulder? i’ve had them for a while, and i just am really annoyed lol. 
any tips at all?
