There’s an old myth in Unova and Galar that Zoroark would sometimes kidnap human children and replace them with a Zorua. These Zorua children would look human, but acted “off”, and parents were encouraged to abandon them in the woods so their Zoroark mother would take them back.
Nowadays, most historians believe these “Zorua children” myths were simply humans with autism, down syndrome, and other disorders.

no matter what they are, they are still friends.
It is a common misconception that Sneasel are cats. While they do purr and have many stereotypical feline traits, they’re actually mustelids.

my dad uses that food for his Snorlax! its super useful, since you can give them the same amount of that food as youd give other foods to other Pokemon and they wont be ravenous afterwords. my dads Snorlax is also a very sweet big boy. i used to lay on his belly while he napped when i was a kid.
I've heard that people selectively bred Snorlax to make them less aggressive because it would break into towns and eat all their food.
I've heard the same thing!
Snorlax are pretty difficult to control, many companies make special food just for them that expands after you eat it, so trainers can own a Snorlax without going bankrupt

Gengar are funny guys. it might have just wanted to startle you, they like playing pranks like that. or it might have been trying to scare you off for privacy, who knows!
Always remember how easily the hunter can become the hunted. I was observing a Gengar in the woods at dawn, and believed myself to have been completely silent and hidden. When it disappeared, as some ghosts are wont to do, I believed it to be merely planning to appear far away, in some dark and quiet place... When suddenly it rematerialized right in front of me, its tongue razzing! Startled out of my mind I was, and hightailed it out of there.
When I looked back the Gengar was watching me from a distance and hadn't moved at all, so later I realized it probably didn't mean me any harm, only attempting to scare me off. Probably wanting more privacy!
Trainers and Pokemon watchers need to be more careful when observing dangerous Pokemon!

i have found her! the creature!
[underneath the text, there is a photo of Milo, holding a female Sneasel in his outstretched arms, in a pose similar to the pose in the beginning of The Lion King where cub Simba is being shown to all the other animals. she looks... unamused. Milo, however, seems elated.]

i. i may have caught a Zubat that was trying to bite my face while hiking through Coronet's caves and. and now i want to use her as a team member but i dont want to replace a team member- i know Tansy and Astra dont really like battling so replacing either of them wouldnt upset them, and i already plan to get a Sneasel, but still- its gonna be rough replacing Astra with this new friend. i know she'll understand though, and be happier at home just being a therapy 'mon.

i find the myths about Zorua and Zoroark to be so amusing because like. have you ever met a Zorua or Zoroark? theyre dorks, and pretty friendly, albeit mischievous. theyre adorable, not nearly as scary as some myths suggest.

today im going to make it to Celestic Town. i really hope i can learn some cool stuff there, what with it kind of being a center for myths and things in Sinnoh. honestly even if nothing super interesting happens, at least the ruins are cool!

this is why i am glad that Frend was trained to be a service Pokemon. shes very quiet most of the time, unless she thinks something is wrong.
i can imagine the noise is awful though. i am glad i dont have to deal with that.
Pepper is screaming her heads off and I have a headache :(
She's super damn cute but please stop.
Twice the noise, twice the pain.

Unown are curious lil buggers! When I set up a tent somewhat close to solaceon to sleep, I ended up finding some Unown stowaways in my bag, that purposely got themselves caught in my pokeballs! There have definitely been a handful of other stories of Unown digging through traveler's bags to stow away, so make sure you keep an eye on yours!
thanks for letting me know! ill be sure to check, dont want any of them stowing away! lol

Updated About Me!
hello! im Milo, and welcome to my blog! im a Pokemon trainer originally from Unova who currently lives in Sinnoh. i am 19 and transmasculine, and i work at the berry shop in Floroma Town, however, as of writing this, im on a trip across Sinnoh. im very interested in mythology, and want to someday see a legendary Pokemon. i also love battling and caring for Pokemon, and hope to one day make a sanctuary for dark types and other misunderstood Pokemon some day!
my team goes as follows:
Frend: a Zweilous! shes very friendly and sweet, despite her species' negative reputation.
Luka: a Zoroark! shes super mischievous and loves raw eggs.
Astra: a Kirlia! shes super sweet and silly.
Tansy: a Skitty! shes super playful and loves gently biting me. shes the one most likely to make keyboard spam by walking on my computer.
Jenny: a shiny Boltund! shes a semi hybrid with an Arcanine and shes a very good girl.
Kiki: a Mimikyu! shes a soft little baby and currently has a Skitty cloth.

in Solaceon, not much that exciting here, except for the ruins. lots of Unown, which, while kind of interesting, are very annoying. they like coming up to me and making weird sounds. i dont know what they want from me.

oh arceus, i may not be a professor but i would absolutely throw hands over the treatment of dark types too. they do NOT deserve the hate they get all over misinformation. no, Frend will not eat you. she is a softie and completely harmless unless threatened, and even then shes blind so its not like she can really do all that much. no, Luka isnt going to steal your kids or some crap, the most she'll steal is food from the fridge.
people really need to get their heads out of their butts and face the facts. dark types have never been evil. they are simply doing what they need to in order to survive. Pokemon arent like humans, morals dont work the same for them. i hate having to constantly explain that to people.
What are you as a professor ready to throw hands over?
Honestly, A WHOLE LOT, but some of my biggest issues are Magikarp treatment, Slander of Sharpedo, Mangrove deforestation, and honestly the slander many dark types get
