Are these things what we’d hoped for?” […] I’d seen it often - the prime years of the artist passing, and not being able to perform in venues they had previously secured  and so I thought often from a young age that rather being mocked for that, it would be better to stop while on top. (But now) I think I’d like to be on stage until the moment I can land well. That’s what I think landing well looks like. Previously, I was worried that going from a crowd of 10,000 to 5000 to 2000 would be too difficult for us, that it’d be sad, but wouldn’t that in fact be a true ‘landing’ for those who remain?
