So um. Anybody want to explain to me why the White Witch's name is Jadis when there's a perfectly good Green Witch elsewhere in the series? Or am I gonna have to go talk to Jack myself?

i saw a post on twitter by a european saying americans are fake for their random compliments to strangers and their general cheery demeanor and like no. no no no you don’t understand. if you get a random compliment from an american on the street about your outfit or whatever, that is 100% genuine. we mean it. we aren’t lying we are making a small but fleeting connection with you because our lives are shitty but the human condition is enduring. oh god i’m clutching my chest

hello!! i'm considering getting the same loom you have, but i was wondering which width you got? i'm debating between a 60cm and an 80cm one 🥹
I got what's marketed as a 24" here, so I think that's about 60cm. I don't quite have space for the larger one but was really torn... Then I learned about double weaving! Did you know with two identical reeds on a double heddle block (which new Kromski Harps all come with) you can weave fabric double the width of your loom?! Super excited to try that out soon.
I hope this helps you! Also I thought I'd be fine without a stand but I promise even with limited space you DO want the loom stand. It's just wide enough to be unwieldy without it unless maybe you have unusually long arms.
Anyways - happy weaving journey!

but what if I rewrote Arthur in space. what if Arthur and Lancelot retained memories of a hauntingly different life. what if Lancelot is basically like, if you die again, imma destroy the universe about it. what then.

HELP!
I am wanting to indirect warp my rigid heddle loom for the first time and I simply. Do not get it. Yes I have tried watching tutorials but they focus on measuring out your warp not actually... Sleying the reed with it?? Do you just pop it over a peg and basically have to do the same process as direct warping anyways? I don't get it. how do I take this from a bundle to On the Loom without it becoming a useless (why bother) tangle?
