Yoga Pose of the day: Malasana/Garland pose. Great for opening the hips/groin, strengthening the abdominals, strengthening the metabolism and stretching the low back and neck. Some may call it the "Lil Kim" pose and it may look easy, but try holding this position with proper body mechanics for 60 seconds!

Malasana/Garland pose 🧘🏽‍♀️ Some may think of this as the "Lil Kim" pose, but....this yoga pose is great for stretching the low back, strengthening the abdominals, opening the hips and groin and strengthening your metabolism! Looks easy, right? Trust me, it isn't easy to hold this position with a straight spine. Try it for 60 seconds with proper body mechanics!
