Animal Prompts

We find a puppy in a box in front of our apartment building and bring it to the vet together; we barely know each other, but we decide to co-parent it

You're obsessed with your cat and when I take care of it while you're gone, I have to send you daily photos and we video-chat; the cat's starting to not be the only one wanting you to come home soon

I left a window open and my bird flew straight into your living room and is now talking non-stop

The owners don’t allow animals in the café I work at and I can’t help but notice that your jacket is making noises

Your cat is always at my place, wanting snacks and I hope you treat it right, maybe I should talk to you

I always see you going on walks around the neighborhood with your pet rabbit and one day, I really want to talk to you

You brought a pet into our shared apartment, but now I consider it also like my own

My dog yanked on its leash and now I’m lying in a giant pile of leaves and you stand there and laugh and STOP TAKING PICTURES!

I like cats but no one should love their fur balls as much as you do, but now there’s a storm outside and the cat’s not at home and you’re devasted, so now we run through the rain, screaming for your cat

There is a cat sitting in my kitchen and I don’t know where it came from, because none of my neighbors own a cat, she's just sitting there on my kitchen table and staring into my eyes; who do you belong to, my love?

I know you love your pet snake, but why do you have to wear it around your neck while I want to talk to you?

I own a cat café and you never really talk to anyone when you’re here and it seems almost rude, but the cats all seem to love you

You have a fish tank in your office and every time I feel anxious and you're not in there, I will sit next to it and talk to the fish

The fact that you have rats is kind of cool, but why did you bring them to class? Not that I'm complaining that one of them came to me and is now my study partner

You asked me out to go for a ride along the beach and watch the sunset, and that's so romantic, but I'm so afraid of horses and can't ride
