i got mushy and started thinking about like. touches?? but in particular the meaning behind holding hands. so here we are! as always, sender is the person sending the meme, receiver is the person receiving it, and you can just add “+ REVERSE” to switch the roles about! as always, let me know if i’ve missed any good ones!

[ LEAD ] : sender takes receiver by the hand to guide them to a specific location.

Mobius hums in agreement. He does indeed love the spice Loki brings into his life. Despite appearances, mundanity was something he could never quite manage - their style of domesticity is . . . interesting, to say the least.

"President Loki hasn't won a single campaign in any of the timelines I've seen him in," Mobius says absently, scrubbing diligently at a spot on a plate. "And there's alligator food in the garage."

Loki doesn’t want to break down and cry here because it’s likely someone other than Mobius will see but there may be no other choice because those eyes keep burning, emotions running rampant inside his chest. Somehow, Mobius wiping them away makes him want to cry more.

“Ek sakna þú,” he echoes back, then puts his hands on the man’s face and kisses him again. 

Fuck everyone else, if he wants to kiss Mobius he’s going to kiss Mobius. Everyone else didn’t matter.

“You’re safe. I was so worried - the longer you were gone, I thought maybe you weren’t coming back.”

"I'll always come back, you know that." His heart is shattering ever so slightly, but he's as calm as ever, picked right back up as if he'd never left it. He doesn't like to see Loki so worked up, especially at his own expense.

"Time's . . . wibbly wobbly. I might be away for a while, but I'll always be back for you, baby." Mobius offers a kiss to Loki's forehead because he can, and it may or may not help but the effort is certainly worth the reward. (The reward being, of course, that he gets to kiss Loki, possibly helping him calm down is a lovely bonus).

"Why don't we go get some coffee or something? Just the two of us?" He’s not sure whether Loki wants to be around people or not right now, so he adds - “At home or out. My treat, either way.”
