I am SO BAD at being a person who is alive I will wake up at 7:30 and be like ok I'm not hungry I have no appetite I'm going to skip breakfast and then by 10:30 I'm bursting into tears and I have to go shove yogurt and oatmeal into my face until I have emotional regulation again. You wouldn't have this problem if you shoved the yogurt and oatmeal into your face at 8:00.
