Fact About The 9th Prime Minister of Turkey. This is Adnan Menderes. He was the 9th prime minister of Türkiye who was executed in 1961 for changing the Azan back to Arabic, reopening thousands of mosques across the country which had been closed down during Mustafa Kemals era, and advocating for the return of the Caliphate. He put an end to religious restrictions, hence he was a threat to the secular ideology, so they blamed him for using religion as a tool for political gain. Following a military coup, the government was deposed and he was arrested along with all his party members. In his last public speech before his death, he said: ❝The Turkish people are Muslim and they shall remain Muslim. For them to remain Muslim forever, they must, without question, ensure that Islamic principles and rules are taught so present and future generations can be encouraged towards the faith❞ Mufti of the four Madhabs, Shaykh Ali Haydar Effendi said: ❝Even if you collect all that I did in the way of Allah, it won't correspond to that one deed of Adnan Menderes, where he changed the Azan from turkish to Arabic❞. The Azan stayed Arabic since it was enshrined into the law, and he paid the price with his life. Last Sunday I was performed The Zuhr Pray at The Sidi Saiyed Masjid & There's atmosphere is pretty Peaceful & There's Tomb of Sidi Saiyed Right Beside in The Masjid. The Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, popularly known as Sidi Saiyyid ni Jali locally, built in 1572-73 AD (Hijri year 980), is one of the most famous mosques of Ahmedabad, a city in the state of Gujarat, India. As attested by the marble tablet fixed on the wall of the mosque, it was built by Sidi Saiyyid in the retinue of Bilal Jhajar Khan, general in the army of the last Sultan Shams-ud-Din Muzaffar Shah III of the Gujarat Sultanate. The mosque was built in the last year of the existence of Gujarat Sultanate. Architecture The mosque is entirely arcuated and is known for its ten intricately carved stone latticework windows (jalis) on the side and rear arches. The rear wall is filled with square stone pierced panels in geometrical designs. The two bays flanking the central aisle have reticulated stone slabs carved in designs of intertwined trees and foliage and a palm motif. Zahra Lari ( @zahralari ) is an incredible woman who has become the world’s first hijab-wearing professional figure-skater to compete internationally. Representing her country UAE, Zahra 22, debuted as a professional skater back in 2012 when she was only 17. She performed while adjusting her see-through outfits with opaque ones with a matching headscarf with it. Due to this sheer act of dressing-up differently, the competition judges subtracted marks. She soon vowed to change the rules of the Skating Union in a bid to get cultural diversity acknowledged across the board. Abdul Halim Noda, the first known Japanese Muslim. He became a Muslim after his visit to Istanbul in 1891. Torajiro Noda, a young Japanese journalist went to Istanbul and met with Sultan Abdul Hamid II (d.1918) who asked him to stay in Istabul and to teach the Japanese language to Ottoman officers. During his stay in Istanbul hey met with Abdullah Qulliam (d.1932, 19th century convert from Christianity to Islam) who introduced Noda to Islam and convinced him Islam is the truth.
