- 3 mushrooms: 6 calories
- half a small bell pepper: 15 calories
- 1 boiled egg: 78 calories
- 1/3 of an avocado: 80 calories

60 calorie mug cake recipe :)
ingredients:
1/2 banana (50)
1 egg white (17)
1 tsp baking powder (0)
1 packet zero cal sweetener (optional)
instructions:
mash the banana so that there are very few to no chunks
stir in the egg whites so until they are completely combined
add the baking powder and sweetener
microwave in a mug for 90-120 seconds
calories: 67
my banana wasn't totally ripe so I added the sweetener, but if your banana is very sweet it might not be necessary.
the end result is a warm, squishy and sorta spongey lump of a cake that ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD. I haven't found many low-cal/ana cakes that I totally enjoy, so I made this up away from the house and tried it at home.
Plus it's made ENTIRELY OUT OF MY SAFE FOODS (sorta. I'm a lil scared of bananas but it's ok.)
mine didn't look like cake, but I'm not sure if I mashed the bananas very well and it was delicious so I don't really care.

34 calorie apple pie pancake recipe
HELLO Y'ALL, since my low cal pizza recipe was a success i decided to post another one of my go-to recipes!
Disclaimer: i do not encourage eating disorders, i am not a nutritionist whatsoever, but i have studied nutrition for five years so i’ll give you some tips to curb cravings without guilt
Another disclaimer: i did not steal this recipe, i was fucking around in the kitchen one day and found this gem and after a while i decided to post it here :)
ok so first of all you’ll need

1 tbsp of sweetener (0 cal)
2 tbsp of flour (52 cal)
2 tbsp of oats (76 cal)
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (5 cal)
0.3 tsp of cinnamon (3 cal)
0.3 tsp of ginger (3 cal)
5 tbsp water (0 cal)
After mixing all dry ingredients add the wet ones (i usually eyeball this part but by measuring it should be around 5/6 tbsp of water and depending on how strong is the apple taste of your vinegar you may want to change the measurements a bit)

then cook them like normal pancakes, by flipping them when u see bubbles on the surface

if you don’t use oil don’t forget to use a non-stick pan or else you’ll just have a giant delicious mess

and voila! as you can see, they’re super easy to make and totally guilt-free!

the whole batch is just 137 cal, so one pancake is just 34 calories!
now, for the useful tips:
oats have a little bit more calories but since they have a lot of fiber they’ll make you feel full for longer
when you restrict a lot your insulin levels are all fucked up, so please, if you have 50 spare calories, swap the sweetener for real sugar, it will give you a bit of energy and curb the sugar craving while still being rly low cal overall
binges happen bc you lose control over ur cravings, so to take the power away from food try incorporating everyday some foods that you usually crave (e.g. since i often crave sweet stuff and pizza i eat these pancakes and my low cal pizza basically everyday), since i started doing this i haven’t basically binged!! (and i’m bulimic so… yeah that says a lot)

honestly, weed helps my relationship with food so much.
it helped me understand the difference between hunger and appetite. and i straight up stopped getting the urge to purge once i started smoking before bed every night. when i binge when high, i don’t feel the need to purge. when i have a cookie or a serving of ice cream sober, it’s like BOOM the urge is so strong. i literally cannot touch those foods without having the urge to b/p, and i haven’t purged since 2019.
and when i get high during the day im like “y’know i should eat. like for my health. this is stupid i love my body bodies are beautiful” and i don’t feel nearly as bad. but when i’m sober it’s like nah fam. food bad. skinny good.

some tricks i use
> chamomile tea helps with a bloated stomach (you can also use it as a steamer if you have a cold, just put the hout the in a bowl, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for a few minutes)
> green tea boots your metabolism and keeps you awake 
> lavender tea is good for insomnia or anxeity
> instant soups can be helpful if you’re craving something savoury
> if you’re tired of drinking plain water, make it fancy with some lemon juice or mint leaves
> freeze lemon water and suck on it if you’re craving something

tips for eating out with ana
never be the one to suggest going to eat
drink at least one glass of cold water before you go
if someone else wants to share a meal, do so.
when ordering avoid carb heavy foods such as pastas, burgers, bready foods, or fatty foods such as cheesy foods
look for metabolism boosters like spinnage
drink another while waiting for your meal
ask for no ice so you get more water
once you get your food wait a couple of minutes before you start eating
take sips every 1-3 bites
chew more, eat less
pick at your food
Don’t eat everything on your plate, restaurant portions are huge anyways
get water in a to go cup when you leave

tips for you that i know but i don’t use bc i’m a horrible bitch:
> drink a glass of water before you start eating anything
> if you’re hungry but don’t acutally feel hunger, instead of getting a snack go some exercises
> focus on your protein intake! protein can help recuse mood swings and hunger. it keeps your blood sugar at place and there’s the same amout of calories in it as carbs
> if you decide to go for a walk, go somewhere you haven’t been before or just be aware of your surroundings, explore. is easier to walk longer distances when you’re interested and excited about it.
> if you binge, don’t punish yourself with a fast bc that’ll just make you binge again, instead take away something you enjoy from yourself like your hobbie, your phone, going out. this way you’ll remember that time you couldn’t use you phone and ask yourself ‘is it worth it’ before starting to binge
> ‘a moment on your lips is a lifetime on your hips’
> food doesn’t make you happy. find other ways to get the same feeling food gives you, this could be through anything really, art, music, movies, sports, games, ect.

When you have a really strong craving (we all do) just go and eat a small portion of the thing that you want and pair it with a cup of tea (or black coffee) which will leave you fuller.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a fucking 1000 calorie craving, have a little bit. It will avoid BINGING. Its better to just have the thing in a small amount and get it off your system than to eat other things trying to suppress the craving just to give up in the end and having consumed twice the calories.
