I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:
IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.
1. Scroll to the top of your dashboard.
2. See the circular question mark icon at the top? It’s the third one over from your home symbol. Click on that, and a screen similar to the one in the picture will come up.
3. Where you can type in questions, the box with the magnifying glass at the top, type in the word “suicide.”
4. Click on the first link that shows up. It should say, “Pass the URL of the blog on to us.”
5. Type in the user’s URL and tell Tumblr admin that the user is contemplating suicide and has posted a message indicating that they are going through with it or will be attempting. Hit send! Tumblr administration will perform a number of actions to contact the user and take the necessary steps to prevent the suicide.
TUMBLR: THIS COULD SAVE A USER’S LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE SUICIDE THREATS.
Reblog this to keep other users aware. Suicide isn’t a joke, and neither is someone’s life. If you didn’t know this, someone else may not, either. Pass it on.

I'm back after recovering for 3 months 🥲🥲
I woke up a week ago and chose VIOLENCE. Against myself. I have purged so much this past week that I lost my gag reflex 🥰 Yay me
So now I am fasting during the day but having one meal at night just to get my gag reflex back.
I am storing so much food in my room these days for my binge that I am so scared my mom gets suspicious and start looking through my room again. She has agreed to let me stay at home instead of the hospital if I agree to letting her take the "danger". But I will hopefully be bingeing this weekend 😆😆
Before recovering I managed to lose 10kg (22lbs) in 2 months and I dropped to my LW but now I have more KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE and I will definitely lose more weight in less time. My goal is 15kg (33lbs) in 2 months.
HW: 75kg
CW: TOO MUCH ITS EMBARRASSING
GW: 55kg
UGW: 50kg

GROCERY HAUL🥗🥗
- Lots of Jelly: I have a huge sweet tooth and I am very emotionally dependant on them
- Fruits: Same as Jelly. I usually get watermelon 🍉, pineapple🍍, blueberries🫐, mandarins or oranges🍊 and green grapes🍇They are high in carbs and calories but they keep the sickness and dizziness in control
- Energy Drinks: Monster Ultra (White and Green are my favourites) Sometimes I get other brands but they have to be sugar free and low calorie
- Diet Soda: I go with 7up free or Fanta free
- Sparkling or Flavoured water: I buy the bottles of Squash that you add to water and It tasts better than actual juice (you can control the concentration). I prefer them freezing or with ice and Metal Straw ofc
- Condiments: Sriracha ❤️, Low calorie mayo, Light soy sauce
- Eggs🥚: Preferably small or medium. I eat them boiled with condiments (Sriracha eggs are the best)
- Chicken and Fish: Chicken breast, smoked salmon🍣 and tuna🐟 (canned and fresh)
- Vegetables: Cucumbers 🥒, Carrots 🥕, Broccoli , Mushrooms 🍄, Spinach , Cabbage , Lettuce 🥗, Chilli Pepper 🌶️, Onions🌰 and Garlic
-Stocks and Soup: Chicken stock or vegetables stock, Soup Mix with water 🍵
-Seasoning: I use a lot of seasoning. I especially like Maggi cubes or stock powder (Easy and Fast)
- Gum or lollipop: I hate mint gum so I buy flavored gum and low calorie lollipops (keeps sweet tooth in check at all times, I use this technique when shopping to prevent buying binge food)
- Supplements: I take Iron, vitamin C and multivitamins and I always carry Dextrose Tablets (PLEASE carry some at all times to avoid accidents, they literally saved my life)
- Not food related but essentials: Baby plates and spoons 🍽️, Chopsticks (smaller bits), Scented Candles (makes me less hungry for some reason), small plastic contains for easy access low calorie snacks (no need to be exposed to food and avoids binges)
This is my usual grocery haul. I usually go grocery shopping a few times a week and only buy a little each time so I don't binge and I have more steps for the day. I go to different grocery stores to walk more each time and spend more time outside instead of at home or at the grocery store.
