Conjure Garlic
1st level conjuration for all spellcasters
Casting time: 1 action
Reach: self
Components: V, S
Duration: until eaten or rotten
You conjure a garlic on the palm of your hand. But somewhere in the world, someone now misses one of their garlics.
At higher levels: If you cast this spell on a higher level slot, you conjure one additional garlic per higher spell level.
Edit: available for all spellcasters now, because everyone needs garlic.

@spawnofwitches shared this image a while ago with me and I was now inspired to give it a stat block. To show you all how to easily make up a homebrew monster, I decided to give it the stats of a brown bear, since its body form reminded me of one and I thought, the stats would make sense. I added fire weakness and poison resistance to make it more plant like, and replaced keen smell by thorns. Also I gave it poison damage and the skill lure scent which was inspired by the similiar Pokémon attack (not sure if the name in english is lure scent, it is Lockduft in german). It would now only have to be tested, since CR is still a mystery to me, and also I do not care about it 😅
Let me know if this was helpful and have fun creating homebrew stuff 😁

Simple drinking game with consequences:
Each participating player character rolls three Constitution Saving Throws and compare them each. The character that rolls higher at two or all three times, wins the game.
Handle the rolls like Death Saving Throws, DC 10 (or more with stronger alcohol). If a character fails all three (a natural 1 counts as two fails), they suffer a blackout:
The next morning they wake up with 1 level of exhaustion (no long rest) and one additional circumstance, determined by a d8:
They wake up in bed with a stranger of prefered gender (if more than one, let the dice decide).
They wake up in the wilderness one mile apart from where they drank.
They wake up injured (roll a fitting die).
They wake up with a strong headache: 2 more levels of exhaustion.
They wake up naked. Their clothes are scattered around the drinking place.
They wake up in prison because of vandalism and have to stay there 1d4 days (add another d4 each time this happens again) or until someone pays 5gp per days left to get them free.
They wake up outside and robbed.
They wake up at the end of a small dungeon or a bandit's cave (if this, they are tied up and robbed).
Feel free to add more 🍻

Oath of the C*ck
Paladin Subclass
Because someone misread it, you have now to deal with it.
At level 3, you grow a phallus of the size of your choice. If you already have one, you may adjust its size. The DM can restrict the measures to maintain "realism". Your Phallus counts as a club.
Oath spells:
3. Color Spray, Grease
5. Enlarge/Reduce, Spiritual Weapon (Phallus)
9. Beacon of Hope, Sleet Storm
13. Edvards black Tentacles, Staggering Smite
17. Cone of Cold, Dominate Person
Channel Divinity "Biggus Dickus": As a bonus action, you can enlarge your phallus. For the next hour, it counts as a greatclub. On critical hits, the target must succed on a Constitution Saving throw or is stunned until the end of your next turn.
Channel Divinity "Dicks out": As an action, you show your phallus. All enemies with male genitalia wearing armor in a 30 feet radius that can see you, must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or suffer -1 on their armor class for one minute.
Level 7:
Aura of Length: You and all friendly creatures in a 10 feet raidus around you have the range of their melee weapon attacks doubled, as long as you are conscious. At level 18, the radius increases to 30 feet.
Level 15:
Your attacks with your phallus deal addintional 2d6 psychic damage to other creatures with male genitalia.
Level 20:
Once between each long rest, you can use your action to let your luscious phallus sparkle and vibrate. You gain the following effects for one minute:
Double the range of your phallus attacks (even if it's already doubled).
Your Divine Smite attacks deal psychic damage instead of radiant.
You can cast "Color Spray" as a bonus action each round, without using spell slots or components.
I am a bit sorry for this one 😬

13. Fabricate, Locate Creature
17. Creation, Mass Cure Wounds
Level 3:
Channel Divinity "Bountiful Meal": You can use your Channel Divinity to cook a bountiful meal. You cook for 10 minutes. After that, up to six creatures can eat and drink for one hour. When the hour has passed, the creatures are cured of one poison or disease affecting them and they gain Temporary Hit Points equal to your Paladin Level.
Channel Divinity "Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew!": As an action, you show your holy symbol and for the following three rounds, these effects apply one for each round until the end of your next turn:
1. Round: All enemies that start their turn in a 30 feet radius and touch a body of water, must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw, taking 4d6 fire damage or half as much on a success.
2. Round: All enemies in a 30 feet radius are vulnerable to bludgeoning damage until the end of your next turn.
3. Round: All enemies in a 30 feet radius must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or are restrained until the end of you next turn.

As long as they stay in this radius with full Hit Points, they add your Charisma Modifier to their attack rolls. At level 18, the radius increases to 30 feet.
Level 15:
You always gain the maximum possible Hit Points from your Hit Dice after a short rest, provided that you ate a good meal.
Level 20:
Once between each long rest, you can use your action to take the form of the ultimate cook for one minute:
You can cast "Burning Hands" as a 1. Level Spell as a bonus action each round without using a spell slot and without components.
Your Divine Smite attacks deal fire damage instead of radiant.
You and each friendly creature in a 10 feet radius regain 2d4+2 Hit Points at the start of your turn.
My wife is kinda the food paladin, so I came up with this subclass for her. Might be OP, let me know 🤪
Edit: Balanced the Channel Divinity.
Edit: Added a second Channel Divinity.
