So I've really battled with myself about airing all the dirty laundry.

It's just not me and it doesn't align with my beliefs, but I also can't stand idly by and watch the same shit happen to other people without them knowing that they aren't alone.

Simblr is an absolute cesspool and it's time we've acknowledged it.

Ive been sexually harassed since day one

•People regularly commenting on my random posts asking for pics

•People sending me unsolicited pics

•When I came out I had an influx of people sending me graphic things they wanted to do to me

•As well as people telling me I should be raped and murdered REGULARLY

When I tried to open up about my mental health I got a ton of messages from people telling me that I should just kill myself.

When I finally came out of my shell and started to share some of the music stuff I was doing, everyone started calling me a rapist because of a song i covered.

When i said I would be taking a break because my mother was in the hospital. A ton of people sent me messages telling me they hoped she died. Someone even went as far as threatening to kill her themselves in a detailed message.

A good friend of mine (who was 16? At the time) posted something about black history month iirc and everyone started sending her slurs and telling her they were "going to lynch her ugly n***** ass". This happened for three weeks until she deleted her account.

When I showed support for her I started getting the same comments. Then, when I said I wasn't black, I was called racist.

Any time I made a non-white sim I was accused of cultural appropriation.

Any time I shared insights into my own culture I was also accused of cultural appropriation.

When I would hit out at the racism I've faced as a non-white person, I was told I was racist because I was taking the spotlight away from black people.

Any time I made a queer sim, guess what. Everyone was mad because I wasn't trans, ace, bi, pan, or even gay enough.

As someone that doesn't believe gender plays a part in love, and when I said I don't like labels, I was hounded and called homophobic because I didn't call myself pansexual. And then when I broke down and called myself bisexual, I was called transphoboic because I wasn't "attracted to other genders" which is very much so NOT the case, but no body was willing to hear that.

Two of my best judys can't even long on here without someone sending them a very violent transphoboic message.

Any spelling error I made, I got crucified for.

When I said I was dyslexic I got called stupid and r*******.

When I said I had autism, but was diagnosed with aspergers, because the doctors refused to update, I was called a nazi

When I refused to spread hate or say anything bad about people that were literally attacking me, I was called fake and accused of playing childish games

When I finally said I was being mistreated I was called petty, told I was childish yet again, and it was used as ammo that I'm not the "kumbya" person I claim to be

When I posted some of the awful messages I was receiving, I was told I had to take them down because they were triggering and that it wasn't fair to the person who sent them. Then when I just spoke about the messages I was receiving I was called a liar because I didn't have the "receipts".

Yet when I said I couldn't stand the toxicity of simblr, I was told it was because I was evil and that everybody was just "exposing" me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

maybe because i was bullied for three years when all i wanted to do was share my art maybe because anytime i expressed anything you guys told me to kill myself or called me slurs maybe because all my friends left because yall were doing the same shit to them and I've had enough. This community is toxic as fuck. I'm done.

Are you ever coming back?

Eh, nobody really liked me being here anyway. Probably not unless a lotta shit changes, I might post art pieces here and there as inspo strikes, but most likely not like I used to. Most of my friends aren't really here anymore, and this new wave of simblr is just idk this used to be a safe space and it's just not anymore. I really hope you guys are still finding joy in it though <3

Self-Confidence Boost // Ittorou Modern AU

Itto’s silent.

Itto is never silent and that has Gorou’s heart hammering in his chest harder than the first time he’d told the Oni he loved him. Is he upset? No, he doubts it. They’d never really talked about having kids together, but Itto had mentioned a few times he wanted a big family. Sure it was a bit early, and they were a tad young (Gorou was only a freshman in university after all), but would that really be so bad it’d upset his boyfriend into silence?

“Itto?” He spoke in a whisper, taking a step towards where his boyfriend was perched at the edge of their bed. He wormed his way in between Itto’s thighs, taking his face into his hands and gently forcing him to look at him. Red orbs swam with unshed tears and what looked like a mix of both fear and sadness. Gorou feels his heart sink immediately. “What’s going on in that head of yours, baby?” He murmurs, wrapping his arms around the Oni’s neck to bring him closer.

Itto complies and wraps his own arms around Gorou’s waist.

“What if I’m a bad dad?”

If Gorou didn’t have enhanced hearing, he probably never would have caught the question, but he does and he can physically feel his heart breaking. “You won’t be.”

“But what if I am?” Itto wasn’t dumb, he knew what people said about him; that he was too brash and loud, that he was nothing more than a high school dropout. They weren’t wrong.

Gorou sighs lightly and leans down to press a kiss to the top of the Oni’s head.

“Itto, you won’t be. I’ve seen how you are with Daisuke. Yes, you can be a little rough, but that kid adores you. He really looks up to you.” Gently, Gorou runs his hands through his boyfriend’s white hair. “You can see it in the way he mimics you and the way he hangs onto every word you say.” Sometimes that wasn’t the best idea, but it hopefully got his point across.

“Yeah, but-”

“No buts. Will you be perfect? No, but no parent is. We'll figure this out together, okay?" He smiles softly as he feels his boyfriend nod against his chest. "You've got a lot of love to give too. Our kid will never know how it feels to go without. You'll do amazing."

Gorou has all the faith in the world in Itto; knew he'll be an even better father than he thought. "Kids always love the 'fun parent' which means you're already the favorite parent."

It's hard to miss the shake of his shoulders and the way Gorou's chest grew warm at the puff of warm breath that came from a quiet laugh.

"You always know what to say," comes a response that’s currently being muffled.

"Only when it comes to you."

"I love you," Itto whispers, then presses a kiss to his chest.

"I love you too, Itto."

There’s another kiss to his chest, then another a little lower.

Gorou squirms lightly as his boyfriend works his way down his body, stopping when he reaches his stomach.

One wouldn't be able to tell at first glance, but someone who knew Gorou's body as well as he did could notice the way it curved slightly, abs softer than they usually were.

His thumbs brush against the exposed skin right above his hips as he presses a kiss right above his navel. Then he presses another and another, causing Gorou to erupt into a fit of laughter.

"Itto, stop," the brunette gasps out as he begins to try and playfully push the Oni away, but Itto holds onto him tight and continues to pepper kisses onto his stomach.

Regardless of if he believes him or not, Itto really was going to be an amazing father and he'll happily believe in him enough for the both of them.

After all, he'll realize eventually.
