I’m dogsitting two leetle tiny black scottish terriers and they are SO CUTE. When they both get going at speed on a walk at the same time, waddle waddle waddle waddle waddle waddle waddle-

OH BUT WAIT I HAD A STORY TO TELL. The smaller older lady diva one was BARKING for NO REASON that I could tell earlier. She was on top of an ottoman, having climbed up there with her little stairs. We were near her toy basket so I thought she just really wanted to play but she did not care for any of my attempts to initiate that one bit. Then I finally noticed she was staring at the chair she inspected earlier, and was like OH YOU WANT THE CHAIR. You can’t get up there yourself…. (THIS CHAIR IS SO VERY LOW TO THE GROUND. TOOK A MOMENT TO DIE OVER THIS.)

But she was already at the top of the stairs on the ottoman so I had to get her to come down first. Which she did easily when I asked her to. And then I moved it to the chair (literally a foot away, such a funny little journey to witness) and as expected she waddled right up there with purpose. But NOT TO SIT DOWN.

She grabbed this tiny, yucky old sock that was there and ran back down with victory.

I put the stairs in front of the ottoman again, after laughing a lot, and she went right up and settled down next to me on the couch to naw on her yucky little sock.

I had to pick it up reluctantly with two fingers at one point when it fell between the couch and ottoman (DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!! BARK BARK BARK!!!!!!!!) and what a wet object that was.

Now she is asleep on my lap after a long hour of hard work at the sock mines…..

AN EXTREMELY RARE EMBROIDERED 'PEACOCK FEATHER' CAPE QING DYNASTY, LATE 19TH CENTURY

The long cape entirely constructed with layers of overlapping peacock feather shaped panels, each panel finely worked in satin stitch, the silk threads in tones of ivory, yellow and blue on the eye of the peacock feather, and the surround intricately worked in peacock feather filaments, with one cloth button on the collar and another near the waist, finished with Imperial yellow lining.

So the top three are albums I’ve had on Vinyl for years and years, and are No-Skip not because I’m obsessed with every single song but because at this point being able to skip any of them is a weird and bad power to have that I will not use.

The same goes for If You’re Feeling Sinister except it was one of the only CDs we had in the our old basement and whenever I had to saw wood for something I’d listen to this on the banged up crappy CD player that was down there. Whenever I listen to it I still smell saw dust..

I picked ones that are the oldest/most listened to/nostalgic rather than curating something interesting. I don’t listen to a big variety of stuff, just the same things over and over. Autism.

I have no idea who has done this already… if I tag you and you already did it… well… you HAVE to do it again, not optional!!!! The Beast just threatened me by saying she’s gonna ask my brother how to do The Witch Of Springfield voice. WAS VERY UPSET BY THIS until just now typing I remembered she is even worse at doing voices than I am. No audio processing gang. FOR THE MOMENT I AM SAFE. Yesterday was a great adventure but at one point my brother started doing this character he called The Witch Of Springfield Massachusetts and I hated it so much. She was so scary. She lives in the basketball outside the basketball hall of fame and she attacks from above. I’m never driving through there ever again.

Help my brother and I have been in the car ALL DAY and the traffic getting back from the eclipse totality path is insane. Does anyone know any good car games for two people? And also it’s nighttime so we can’t see anything around us.
