Hi! Love you and have been following you for years. Thank you for your TS3 default replacements (I love that bunny dinnerware!) and for being such a die hard simmer. Wanted to ask if there’s a chance you could show your Enekjaer legacy house plan. I’m trying to do a TS2 style rotational playthrough and already running out of houses :(. If I remember that was around the time I built this computer and I didn't keep any of that save. Sorry. 😞 I think after that when I would build stuff, if I didn't upload it, I would post pictures of the floor plan. Back then I was mostly experimenting and just building to push the limits of what the CFE cheat would do.

That one in particular was a mess because of the hill it was on. It sloped straight back. I think I tried to do a walk out basement with arches. Then tried to do some weird things with the roof. None of which worked really well. It was buggy and not really a good design. If you were going to recreate something similar, you would have to have a lot that dips down to the back of the lot and build your foundation off of that to make the first floor a basement (If that makes sense. It's been a long time since I played TS2. So I don't remember the trick to having a usable basement with walls and foundation). So then your main floor from the front of the lot would actually be the 2nd floor and so on if you build a 3rd floor with a roof.

Anyways, because of all the weird levels, sim routing was awful. Really awful...lol 😂 Legacy homes are really better when they are all one level, especially if you're going to have a bunch of baby's around. But I never listen to my own advice and always have multi level homes. lol Sims are always complaining.

Not sure if this was even remotely helpful, but thanks for sticking with my blog over the years. I haven't played the game in a hot minute. (Like were did the past year go?) Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year's!

Popping in to say Hi!

Sadly no Sims, but I did open Cities Skylines and play for a little bit. I got the last expansion and creator content packs. Not sure why since they are going to come out with CS2 in the Fall. 🤷‍♀️But it's pretty to look at and I can spam trees, bushes and fences to my hearts content. we won't talk about the town because it's a bit ick. lol And I'm tired of no new pictures on my blog. ttyl 🙋‍♀️

It's a sorta blend of mods that I combined into one. I had to do this because I wanted a little of this and that from different ones and I made my own images for the other parts. Had to combine it all so they didn't conflict. Pet stuff can be weird. Everyone does their mod replacements different so I had to pick them apart in the package files to make them all compatible.

I think there used to be a version of Gosik's Pirouette stairs that weren't spiral stairs, but instead similar to their Cottage stairs with landing. Do you have any idea where these exist? They aren't on TSR with the rest of Gosik's stairs. Or am I crazy and they never really existed?

Popping in to say Hi! 👋

I know it's been a little while since I posted. Had some real life things happening that prevented me from being at my desk. I'm not totally back. Going to make it official and be on semi-hiatus (so nothing's really changing because I think that's what I've been doing lol.) I'll try and answer all my messages over the next week or two now that I have access to my computer.

In Jan/Feb I started planning to remodel the upstairs of the house. Started in my office and my Mother-in-law got progressively sicker with her COPD. We went through bouts of hospital and nursing home stays. In and out about 5 times (could be more, but I honestly lost count). Anyways, she went into hospice 2 weeks ago and passed last week at 85.

So...finished up painting most of the office and put the furniture back in. This is the good side of the room in pictures. lol. Still need to decorate the shelves, my desk and hang some art. (Now I gotta do the other 4 rooms) I did learn how to hang picture molding by myself. Sorta proud of myself. Coco being my little helper. :P

We still have to close up and take care of MIL's house. (That's a task and a half itself) Maybe by the end of summer (after we finish the upstairs remodel) I can get back to playing some Sims. I miss it. There have been such amazing mods and CC come out that I can't wait to try out.

I present to you a dingy little inn on the outskirts of Praaven - Drunken Boar Inn. This is the place where all adventuring parties come into existence 🍻 

It has the main bar area with some tables, rooms upstairs and a less than legal gambling room above. Initially i was hoping to use a gambling object of some sort, but decided to keep it simple and used domino tables instead. Feel free to swap them out. There is a small kitchen area behind the bar, but i didn’t furnish it too much.

Hope your medieval sims have fun, and who knows, maybe they’ll meet Lithargia and Old Witch Garlick there!

The zip file contains a package file for the lot, CC list, some photos of the lot and lot location.

Looks like Pocci's blog has been removed (probably from inactivity). I know it was a little older, but it had some incredibly useful info for creating CC. I didn't look at every page, but it look like most of it's showing (including pictures for now) on the WayBack Machine.

This makes me incredibly sad. This is basically how I learned to make CC starting out years ago. 😞

Heya. Hope you are having a great start to your year! I was going through some of my old files and I wondered if you ever made a simlish version of the chips for Arsil's Bag Of Chips Mod? P.S. The artwork you did for Mingos' Bird and Bees mod is soo good :D

Hi! And thank you. Hope all is well with you. I didn't for the chips. Only did an English version. I did that pretty early on in my CC creating journey and probably wasn't that good at Photoshop. I can do a lot better now that I know what I'm doing. It was fun making the objects for Mingos. I'll just say...layers in PS are a beautiful thing. lol

Anyways, the mesh from the chips is an edited mesh from ts2 (if I remember) and is probably uv'd quite poorly. But I have an open TOU so if anyone wants to edit the mesh or images you're welcome to do so.
