But am I the only one who thinks the reason (or one of the reasons besides him being naturally grumpy) Rhodes was so cold and mean and generally distanced to Ora was because he was attracted to her from an early point on and having assumed she was in her twenties, made him think he was much older for her and it just pissed him off that he couldn’t approach her?

The main ccharacter in this book was once again the friendship between Gus and Bright Side, not their love interests.

I loved every moment he thought of her and made things for her even if she was not there in her physical form
