Borat 2 is a fantastic example of how to do humor that’s the furthest thing from politically correct without being offensive.

And this has to do with framing and what the humor was trying to say. All the  anti-semetic jokes were purposefully juxtaposed against depictions of actual Jewish people as really kind, compassionate, loving individuals and the jokes themselves were so over the top and so ludicrous that it was clear that all of this was a condemnation of anti-semitism, showing people how absurd these anti semetic viewpoints actually are. 

What I’m saying is, this kind of humor can work without coming across as punching down or being really cruel and mean spirited
