No Occluder Small & Large Appliances Default Replacement

Putting this in a separate post to make it easier to link to.

This file is a must-have if you use any of my kitchens. Since I changed the cabinet shader to fix colouring and shading issues, appliances, both small and large, have occluders that darken cabinets and make them look horrible. This solves that for all Maxis objects released so far (or recolours with a linked light source). All this file includes is default replacement light resources for all appliances that had occluders and will fix the issue.

vintage botanica: framed flower cards

hi friends! i’m so sorry about the delay with this, I just had a really bad week last week, and I had issues with the first batch of these. So, last week is in the past and I fixed these up. Time to move forward!

I only made one preview image just because it’s pretty straightforward, and you get to see the swatches for yourself in-game!

I made these cards from scratch, I got a bunch of flower clipart with just the scientific name, so I thought I would turn it into some wall deco. I did enjoy making these, my weakness is fonts and I think that slowed me down cause I have an extensive collection and need to see them all to make a decision lol.  I have more groups of illustrations to use similarly, so I will probably make more down the track. 

You can size up and size down the picture using the [ and ] keys.

A Sims 4 dress with a sprinkle of satin ribbon roses 🌹

7580 polygons (comparable to a detailed Maxis outfit, though their dresses tend to be slightly lower, about 5-6k)

It comes in 14 solids and 3 soft gradients (but the roses are always pink)

The roses are 3D in some places and drawn in others (this way the dress is optimized for sliders and available for all frames)

It shimmers slightly in game, but it’s mostly visible at night and it’s very subtle .*☆

I hope you like it! I’m working on a bodysuit version with a sheer, accessory skirt (*´ᵕ`)

Old-Timey Fireplace

There are two versions:

The wall-mounted version works like other fireplaces, locked to the walls.

The floor version can be placed freely. It doesn’t lock on to walls, and the pipe goes straight up. It was made for short wall heights, because I wasn’t sure how much use people would get out of the other heights when designing for something in this aesthetic.

When I was editing something for off-the-grid functionality, I spent a lot of time looking at that one base game stove and kept thinking, “I’ve seen fireplaces like that.” I also realized I had nothing to heat my Sims’ log cabins. I put a lot of work into making this fireplace, and even made a snow mask for it (it will look snowy when placed outside!). Not sure why you’d put it outside, but you can!

Colour Me Rug Series: 15 items with 20 styles

Do these look familiar? Well they should be. These are a remake of the original rugs I made many years ago. Unfortunately, they have seen better days and needed to be remade since the file formatting doesn’t conform to the way CC should be made. I decided to take that opportunity to give them a little cleanup and add a few more types and styles. There are now 20 styles per colour, with green separated into light and dark, and a multi-colour and white style added. I know many have asked for more rugs, and this isn’t what you all expected, but i do love giving my old content a new lease on life.
