The Aventiorine - Haikavetham comparisons are really funny but the true parallels lie in Aventiorine - Kaeluckae (familial, platonic or otherwise):

Ratio - Alhaitham parallels are pretty obvious and I agree. But Aventurine and Kaveh really have nothing going for them other than the fact that they're both blonde. And that their father died in quicksand. Sure, they're both orphans, and so are half of the playable characters.

The genshin character that matches Aventurine beat for beat with their religious trauma, genocided people, and last-hope burdens is Kaeya.
