I haven't lost a thing since November. My lowest weight was 202. Down 70 pounds. It was so exciting! So close to Onederland. Then the holidays came around and well... I shot up to 212. After Thanksgiving I got back down to 207, and welp...
I started going for longer walks and that didn't work. Then I started the insanity workouts. Nope. Then I assumed I was eating too little at 1500 calories so I upped that. Still nothing.
The crazy thing is, my scale shows me all the fun numbers. Every week I get to see my fat, muscle, and water percentage. NOTHING has changed. At all. Every week since November: 207. No change in water weight, muscle, or fat. Completely stagnant.
So my next thing was to change the batteries in my scale. Nothing. Same result. So we have an old scale in the house. I figured maybe mine was broken. Stepped on it: same number. So that wasn't it.
I tried my usual pizza trick. I've discovered after years of dieting, that when you're eating clean for long periods of time, your body gets used to it and you gotta outsmart it. A slice of pizza, with its tons of calories, fat, and carbs seems to do the trick. Nope. No change.
I'm at a loss of what to do at this point. I tried going to people for advice and was literally told to eat more (I am) and stop working out. 馃檭 uh wut? (Internet doctors 馃槄)
I'm getting really frustrated and I'm not sure what to do.

It's been a while since I've updated...
Things have been kind of, well, eh.
I got down to 202. God that number sounds so good. I was even great during Thanksgiving! I was so proud of that. But I guess I was too good, and the fat brain I'm constantly fighting with saw that as restricting, because I spent the following week binging.
That brought me to 211.
I've been struggling to get things back on track. I'm down to 207 but now the scale won't budge. I'm a little worried with Christmas coming up.
I haven't given up, but I'm in a bit of a slump right now.

Since August I've been struggling to lose weight. This has been the biggest plateau I've ever hit. But I didn't quit. I didn't starve myself. I stayed consistent and trusted the process.
