Various Poppy Playtime theories
Ollie is probably a boy version of Poppy, sort of like Barbie and Ken. I'm guessing Ollie didn't sell well or was rejected before hitting stores.
DogDay used to be Rich, that worker from the tapes. That big position Rich got after that one guy retired was the role of Dog Day, taking care of the orphans.
The Prototype is probably Elliot Ludwig, immortalized after his death. It explains why he's so inventive, why he hates the company staff, and why he seems less inclined to hurting kids.
The person we play as was warned about the Hour of Joy beforehand, probably a vague threat from a credible source saying "if you value your life, don't come in to work tomorrow" or something. They didn't tell their coworkers out of fear of raising suspicion, but after everyone disappeared they were wracked with guilt over only saving themselves. They assumed everyone died, but when they got that letter they returned to the factory. It explains why they're willing to go to such great lengths. As for what they did at Playtime, I feel like it was at least a little important, I'm guessing the inventor of the Grab Pack. Maybe that's why they're so good with it.
Poppy is going to have a twist villain moment at the end. She gave me bad vibes from the beginning.

What your favorite art supply says about you!
Pencils: You are based. You are also basic. Two things can be true at the same time.
Colored pencils: You're bubbly, charismatic, and energetic, and there is a not insignificant part of you that has completely given up on humanity.
Pens/Gel Pens: A very organized, meticulous person. If you get a label maker you would spend the next 72 hours labeling everything that wasn't running away.
Alcohol Markers: Anime, comic books, and cartoons, these people are kids at heart. They probably prefer artificial vanilla to real vanilla.
Charcoals: You have an old soul. You were also that quiet kid reading in the back of class.
Crayons: You're probably a child because most adults would have moved on to pastels.
Pastels: You are like a sad clown painting personified. I bet you like mascot horror and if you don't know who Melanie Martinez is I'm about to change your life.
Acrylic Paints: You're like if an ASMR/Oddly Satisfying channel was a person. You probably unironically buy and use fidget toys.
Oil Paints: This art supply is expensive, time consuming, and hazardous. You're kind of intense, and probably a little pompous, Bob Ross was the exception, not the rule.
Watercolors: You are a mom. I don't care if you're a father, you're a mom at heart.
Gouache: You discovered this and it became your personality for a week. You give off "industrial piercings/gauges/sleeve tattoo" vibes.
Tempera: Wait...do these people even exist? If they do, their idea of a fun Saturday is checking out yard sales and antique stores.
Digital: This probably has the highest barrier of entry in terms of cost, so you're passionate about what you love. Also do not be shy about furry commissions you will make SO. MUCH. MONEY.

My big Walten Files theory
Felix made a deal with a demon (one who goes by the name "Bon") to save his skin after the drunk driving accident. Bon would kill everyone who knew about what Felix had done, effectively erasing the event from history. Felix would then go on to run the company, his reputation intact. Bon probably took the souls of the two kids before this. Thematically it would be most impactful if Felix killed Jack in a confrontation, and then, when he knew his life was truly over, Bon appeared and offered him a way out. Ultimately Bon is going to stab Felix in the back, as demons do. Just like William Afton, Felix got away with his misdeeds for a long time, but will get what he deserves at the end.
