Please keep in mind people use tumblr to escape for a little while and take care of their mental health. someone unfollowing you isnt necissarily part of the problem, it may just be someone who uses tumblr to calm anxieties. that said, I'm with you all the way!

yes i’m aware, i was mainly talking about those who ignore current events just because they make them uncomfortable or somehow “inconvenience” them. i should’ve made my post more specific, i’m sorry!

if current events are triggering to you, i understand and i wish you well— you aren’t the problem. if you’re uncomfortable, you’re .... supposed to feel that way. these are NOT good times. if these events don’t make you uncomfortable in some sort of way idk what else to tell u tbh. being silent because it’s “easier” for you is no excuse— taking a break because it’s SIGNIFICANTLY harming your mental health is okay.
