You know I am all about mental health. What I will say is you need to let go of all the things that those people said to you because it's not healthy to keep it all inside. When I read this, I couldn't believe what I was reading I can't even begin I am just speechless... truly speechless that someone so special could think so lowly of themselves. I will say this you are worth something don't let anyone tell you that you're not good enough because you are.

REAL TALK

Ok, I really didn't want to have to come this point in my lifetime but, I think a lot of this needs to be said. The picture that you see above is a picture of me. To begin with I wasn't very confident in myself and, I had very low self-esteem. I never went out in public never took pictures of myself without makeup I never went out in public without makeup because I felt so ugly and, I felt so fat. I still feel this way as I write this. I found two people through Skype that I thought was my friends one of them alleged body shamed me and, fat shamed me to the point where I didn't want to go out in public anymore because I was so ashamed of what I looked like. I still feel that way. I thought they were both very good friends and, I thought that for a very long time but, they both let me down. I started to realize just how bad they were for my mental health. I don't really know why I am typing this maybe, because I just want to know if people really do think I am that fat or, disgusting or, whatever you would prefer to call me...? I just feel so bad about myself I just need to hear from someone anyone even if it's a complete stranger that I am worth something because these people have made me feel so fucking worthless, they have no idea just how much they've truly destroyed me as a person. I myself have seen countless of young girls and, women online that are asking people rather they are pretty or, not especially on the YouTube platform young girls' people young GIRLS. And I think to myself who the hell hurt these girls so bad that they had to go to a whole bunch of strangers and, ask them rather they are pretty or, not? Then I realize I know exactly where their all coming from. I know exactly how all of them feel when you have been bullied and, brought down so much even if a stranger a simple fucking stranger says hey you know what you're really pretty it makes your fucking day. It's just lately I haven't been doing much of anything I have been staying off of social media because I really couldn't be fucking bothered. I am just at the point where I really don't care what happens I'm just done I really don't care at this point I want to give up but, part of me still holds on for what reason? I have no idea.
