How They Kiss / Yan Genshin Boys.

Warnings: Yandere themes, unhealthy relationships, some implied not SFW, and unwanted touching.

Childe

Childe kisses in a playful manner, spending more time building up anticipation for the act than the actual kiss itself lasts. He gets an unrivaled thrill from watching you squirm in his grasp. In his arms, he allows you just enough room where you might delude yourself into thinking it possible to get away; only for his grin to widen when you take the bait. Then he’ll be upon you, hovering but a centimeter from your lips with his own. His pupils dilate in excitement over how vulnerable you are before him. Then he’ll lean forward, nipping your bottom lip with his teeth, giving a boyish laugh at your smothered whimpers. Childe will squeeze you impossibly tighter against him. How could he not, when you’re acting so cute? He gets a kick out of groaning when kissing you, feeling how your body stiffens like a board at the possible implications the lascivious sound carries; to which he can only snicker.

Diluc

Diluc doesn’t know where to put his hands that want nothing more than to wander all over your person, but he normally settles on placing a gloved hand to your face. You expected him to be warm, given his Vision, but you never could’ve fathomed the heat he radiates so close to your face. He’s the type to keep his eyes open while pressing his lips hesitantly to yours, wanting to drink in every crease of your eyebrows and twitch of your body. Your first few kisses will be chaste and hesitant. However, as he grows more acquainted with the passion raging inside him, they err on the longer side. What started as a shy kiss here and there shifts into full-blown make-out sessions, that won’t stop until you’re literally forced to part for air. He apologizes after the fact for getting ahead of himself and encourages you to lean against him for stability. Somehow, you know the apology it isn’t genuine.

Kaeya

This man is a damn good kisser and he knows it. Kaeya has every element down to a science, it’s downright unfair for your poor heart. Similar to Childe, he enjoys drawing it out before the fact, leaning over to inspect you only to say he thought he saw a smudge against your face and pulling back. He pulls little stunts like this for hours. When he does finally press his lips to your, it’s slow and sensual. He tilts his head and encourages you to do the same. It feels so terribly intimate, one hand starting at your waist that travels downwards as time goes on, the other behind your head to keep you in place. The kiss could be short-lived and you’ll still be panting for air afterwards. To which he’ll condescendingly laugh, rubbing the pad of his thumb over your trembling lower lip, all the while looking you dead in the eye with a lopsided grin.

Zhongli

Zhongli rarely kisses you on the lips. He’s an old-fashioned man, believing the act to be almost as sacred and intimate as sleeping together. You’ll find that he is most partial to pressing kisses against the inside of your wrist. Anywhere you have a pulse point, his mouth lingers, ghosting over the skin and sending shivers down your spine. If you ever worked up the courage to inquire as to why that is, he gets an oddly forlorn expression. Though that’s not to say he neglects your lips. Zhongli wants each of those instances to be special, something you’ll never forget. Normally after your bargain with the God of Contracts for something, he’ll have you seal the deal with a kiss as one of his requirements. You swear his eyes have the faintest glow when your trembling hand reaches out for his face.

Xiao

Xiao kisses you like he was a starving man and you were to be his final meal. It doesn’t matter how it happens — he’s going to be crawling on top of you — that’s his clear preference. That’s how he feels the most in control. With your wrists pinned over your head with one hand, so the other may freely run up and down your body. You can feel the pent up frustration and longing with every bite of your lips. Xiao’s another where he’ll get so caught up in the moment that he will forget you need to breathe. However, he might mistake your squirming as misbehaving, only breaking out of the animalistic trance when you weakly mutter his name against his lips. That is saved solely for when you need his help, after all. He’ll have the brightest flush on his face when he does pull back (and sulks off in embarrassment with a sour expression).

Albedo

Albedo has never understood the purpose of putting one’s mouth against another’s. Sure, there is a pleasant chemical reaction that might happen in the brain, but that alone was never enough to motivate him to give it a try. As such, you will be his first kiss. He kind of does it as a way of making you feel more like you’re a “normal” couple (which you’re not). His limbs and movements are stiffer, but he doesn’t come off as embarrassed about it, having a rather blank face throughout. Once he settles on the most optimal hand placement, he’ll press a peck against your lips. Then mutter something among the lines of, “That wasn’t right”, and goes for another. And another. And another one after that. He’s trying to procure a certain reaction from you that he’s observed from other lovey-dovey couples. Hums when you just stare at him with wide, doe-like eyes, waltzing off to scribble some notes in his journal. You sometimes wonder what he writes.

Scaramouche

Scaramouche is another type that rarely kisses you on the lips, though for entirely different reasons. He finds the act to be cheesy, and worst of all, vulnerable. It’s no secret that you despise him. So the risk of being that close to you (and potentially experiencing further scathing rejection), serves as a deterrent. For a while. However, he does have his uses for it. If you’ve somehow misbehaved, he incentivizes you in a sickeningly sweet voice to “make it up” to him by giving him kisses, since he knows the act would revolt you. There are certainly worst punishments you could experience, so you always go for the less painful option. He makes you do all the work, getting a secret thrill over watching you try so hard to please him, telling you in a faux bored voice to do it again when you finally part for air.
