"i never saw the godfather" followed by "i only watch big movies" in that post is really getting to me... the godfather was a major box office hit and was widely enjoyed by audiences it's not a small or inaccessible movie on any level like literally very much a "big" movie so it's not even that you prefer mainstream to indie/art house it's very much just that any movie that isn't the millionth installment in a franchise of mind-numbing military propaganda starring a shitty actor in a ridiculous costume using the last of his energy to tell fart jokes in front of a green screen before he passes out from dehydration hurts and confuses you because it has the potential to make you think and feel anything at all.
